Hi, Can you upload multiple products on to the shop using csv or excel? I have over 200 products I would like on the shop

Is it somehow possible to filter the Product Categories in the Shop Sidebar so it only shows children of the CURRENT Product Category?

It currently displayes ALL categories, but I want it to only display the Children of the CURRENT Category I am currently on.

So if I have Top Level > Sub Level 1..n > Sub Sub Level 1..n I want to only show Sub Level 1 > Sub Sub Level 1..n when I go to the Sub Level 1 Category Page.

I realize this probably requires some coding – I would happily renew my support period if you could provide me with a solution for this! I purchased the product a few ywars back, and haven’t really used it yet.

Theme UX Builder not working at all, it will not load the pre-designed Flatsome Studio anymore. I see a lot of people have problems with it. Is there a fix?

Every time I try to add a product to cart, even when the the size has been selected and there is a given price, I get the message “Please choose product options” how to fix this?

Hello, recently my theme was updated and now I cannot edit the content created with ux-builder through the conventional wordpress page editor. It tells me “This content can only be edited in UX Builder.” Before I could copy all the code and paste it to a new page and then modify the text and images with ux builder. In this way I had several similar pages with the same format and if I wanted to create a new one, I just had to copy, paste and modify the text. With the new theme update I cannot do this because I cannot see the code of the page. Can you help me or change this to work as before?

I just upgrade to the latest version (3.13.1) and now I can’t change the row width to “full”. Everything is boxed now. Seems to be a legit glitch.

I want to report a bug with the search box. Sometimes, the background of live search images suggestions is white, sometimes is transparent. It’s random, I cannot tell when it happens. So, sometimes it covers the text I have below, sometimes the results are over the text, and it’s ugly (the results of live search and other text below are mixed together).

Could you please advise on how to make a single post full width. I’ve searched the comments (and seen comments spanning back 7 years that it would be added as a feature), but I can’t seem to find anywhere in the comments where it states how to do this?

I’ve messed around a bit on the CSS and can kind of fake part of it, but I’m wondering if there is a more suitable workaround?
