Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.

Dear Support-Team, i did download the German language file that you provided here in the comment section…updated and completed it..now i updated my theme today and the update deleted the files in the “languages” folder…is it possible to stop updates from doing so? because its kinda frustrating, when you complete translations and start all over again when an update rolls in…or to backup the language files and manually install them again. First of all, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the Loco Translate plugin on your site:

And then go to Loco >> Themes >> Porto you will find the 4 default language files there which comes with the Theme package and those are:
English (Britain) en_GB
French (France) er_FR
Italian (Italy) it_IT
Turkish (Turkey) tr_TR
Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the WP FileManager plugin on your site:

And then go to File Manager Plugin Setting >> wp-content/languages/ and create the (Loco) Folder >> then go to the loco folder and create another folder as (themes) and then go to the themes folder and download the Spanish language theme files attached below and upload to that themes folder.
Now, again go back to WP-Dashboard >> Loco >> Themes >> Porto and you will find another Theme language file as German as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/YjZW3QDN you have to edit it and then click on “Sync” https://postimg.cc/bZ3Y6hNX and after completing the Synchronization you have to click on “Save” button as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/3kJY0cjt
Now finally check your site after removing the browser cache and you can change any word translation in that file as per your requirements.

I already downloaded the German language file and edited it before with Loco Translate. https://gyazo.com/867b0dfad1e4ca6c4ada2b049cde8a51BUT: After todays Theme-Update it was deleted from the themes “language folder” and therefore gone from Loco Translate and i had to start from scratch.
Im asking for a solution which keeps this language file after next update.

I think you have not read my previous message properly, I have shared the changed path with you which is wp-content/languages/loco/themes please read the above message again carefully and it will not affect/override your language whenever you will update the Theme.

I have just tested the same thing at my end and it is working perfectly fine, here is the video: https://streamable.com/vdwlja it is not the bug/issue, this is just the screen size and fingers tap issue, the screen size is small and the icons are small as well so that is the reason the fingers are not tapping it properly, you have to tap at the very correct point and it will work for you with a single tap.

Hi, this support is for my customer’s license, who bought it less than 2 months ago through the lowbrazilmotors@gmail.com account. (you can consult there). It’s on his website that’s causing problems.
I just adjusted the code, but it didn’t work. And I need to leave the code duplicated, otherwise, on the normal site, the image will reappear.
Anyway, I see this as a problem in your theme that should be fixed, when I put an image on the link (featured image) it should appear ONLY on IT and not on the website home, messing up the whole thing.

How do I find access that theme purchase account support? I just want to make sure I ask in the right place because I’ve now reached out for support in 3 different ways on 3 different pages—here, Envato, and here: https://www.portotheme.com/support/.
This other issue is that I don’t believe I have a Porto WordPress theme purchase account because I had a web designer who set it up and she is not responding to my messages and it says I have no account with any of my email addresses. I reached out through “Having a Problem with Register?” on the Porto theme support page.

The Breadcrumbs that has been set on that Demo is using SVG code, and I think, the update creates an issue on your site and it depends on how you have updated the Theme and also on third party plugin confliction and on the cache as well, first please read and follow all the instructions written in the below-given article:

This means that the content is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder and finds and edit the particular block as showing below:
Now, edit the row, and go to Design options and change the background image as showing below as per your requirements.

By default Porto WordPress provides two functionalities while Importing the Demo content, While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP , so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.

Those are the images for Demo and dummy purposes, so if you want, you can use those on your site as well as per your requirements.
But you have to download those images and then upload those images again into your site and then use those, do not use the direct link of the images otherwise, in the future, if we change the images it will affect your site directly.
