Hi. Some pre-sale questions if you don’t mind, regarding customisations we would like if possible. If it’s possible to give an idea of price, that would be great, but initially would just like to know if they can be done. We very much like the theme but would need you guys to change it slightly to suit our customers.
1. Can the homepage search [in the banner] search by number of bedrooms instead of number guests?
2. Can ‘property name’ be added to search? Both homepage and advanced? By this, I am actually referring to searching based on the title of the listing, which for us would always be the villa or apartment name. We have many returning customers who will already know which property they would like and prefer to search for it directly.
3. On the individual listings page, under the photos, where a price per night is quoted, can that be changed to show a ‘per week….from’ price somehow? Weekly pricing is pretty much the accepted norm for holiday villas here.

You can create a custom search for home and search results and remove guests and use bedrooms.
We do not have property name as field option I am afraid.
The price per week is not a default field.
As workaround, if you only wish to display a price per week you can use the before and after price text fields to add any type of text you wish (would show next to price)

Different rates by guest types is not something we could help do as custom work at the moment. It is a complex change to make becuse we have custom price per guest for custom periods, and I assume you wish to make this a general change.
I am afraid I cannot help with this request.

are payout enabled only after booking date? or can the owner request payout before the actual booking date has taken place?

I am afraid we do not have payout option. To pay owner it would have to be done manually by admin, outside theme options.
Pay deposit and remaining invoice go exclusively to theme admin accounts (theme merchants or woo merchants).
I am not sure why you expected this feature as we do not advertise it anywhere in theme presentation or demos. We will do our best to explain and guide on using the theme existing features, but I am afraid payout to owner is not a feature we support.

Hi Luca, Thank you for the follow up. Now there is a private field Payment Info in user Profile. That shows in wp-admin – edit user. In next update now in final test stage we add the payment info in wp-admin -> invoices -> edit invoice as well next to be easier to find.

is there an option with hourly booking that owners can sell more then one time? so example. if user select 1am-2am. the 1am-2am is not blocked for another user to book. so the owner can set number of availability for certain times.
Hi Luca, Thank you for the message. If a time is booked, it is not available to be booked agai I afraid. To create a new availability calendar for the same listings and the same period, it is needed to create a new listing.

We have 2 options:
2. Send booking and owner approves or rejects the request
User sends a request (after he logins) -> Owner approves or Rejects the request -> If the request is approved user must pay the invoice (deposit) if that is enabled and booking is confirmed OR if deposit is 0, booking is confirmed when owner approves the request. Money goes to admin always.
2. Instant booking – it is a check owner applies to each property if he wants to.
User sends request -> He is prompted to login -> He must pay the invoice (deposit) if that is set in admin and booking is confirmed if payment confirms. If deposit is 0, booking is confirmed without any payment.

We also activated Woo Commerce payments (to process through other merchants if theme included merchants are not enough. Theme included merchants are PayPal and Wire Transfer)

Pre sales questions here: 1. Is it possible to set different service fee’s for different listings? Or is the service fee set globally?
2. Is it possible to use the form option instead of the booking and then have all the form requests go to the admin while still have the upload possibility to make the listing for the listing owner.
Basically im looking of this is a solution foor a site where users upload their listing and all the information requests go through the admin and the actual booking takes place outside of the system.

Service fee is global and is only one. But if you do not want the booking to happen on the site, as I understand you do, then this feature is not important unless I am misunderstanding this question.

It is global and admin manages it only.
If enabled, messages will go to owner and admin can set a duplicate email address to get a copy of each message.

We have a translation in german, and some words come from the content itself. Those you add in your language directly as you edit demo. The translation we have can be edited easily, from wp-admin if you wish or with poedit.
The theme can be used for single owner.
Money always comes to site admin. If admin is the single owner, money goes to admin/owner accounts.
Yes, you can limit submit just for single owner and user will see only bookings made.

The users can be separated now as user who books and user who wants to rent and book. The fields in My profile are the same (they come from the same PHP file). If you need different fields, different register forms, then it would need a complex custom development done.

Hi! How can I translate the search form labels? I set the Half map search form labels in English in theme option but I need to translate them for other languages (I use Polylang and Loco translate). Is it better to use WPML or ?

Loco translate manages default languages
And search custom labels are set in theme options
I do not know how polylang manages theme options fields. WPMl uses string translation for theme options labels and the strings register by the wpml plugin as you access a translated page. I know polylang uses WPMl logic though wpml-config, but I do not know how you could register the labels names in the polylang configuration. It would have to be checked with polylang support to guide. I know they are open and answer support questions, so you could reach them for further help.
I cannot advise if it is better to use Polylang over WPML or the other way. We have more knowledge for WPMl because they have made the WPMl compatibility and based on their input, we could make a more detailed documentation. PRE SALE question: Hi, I have already purchased this theme a few years ago for a project, it was all in all good but had to pay an other developer for some customizations. One of the customizations was the icons under the property, I couldn’t get other icons to be shown instead of the offered ones.

Research is required to make such an estimation based on the other system documentation and development needs to be done in order to confirm the possible estimation too. 3rd party documentation may be incomplete or not work as initially estimated which can make any estimation change during development.

Hi. The registration form has details that are mandatory for the account (username and email). I do not know what you need to hide but these are required in any part of the world.

I’ve had this theme for sometime now and I really like it.
I have a concern as it relates to making it mandatory for all users to upload their ids for admin approval prior to being able to book on the site.
We need to be able to verify the identity of users for a number of reasons, fraud being one of them.
Is there any plan to include this feature in the near future?
Hi, Thank you for the message. And happy new year. I checked and this suggestion has not been on the wishlist (to make mandatory the verification step). It is a more complex request, especially since many clients may not want to introduce a new step in the booking process, so we have to research and check other clients feedback. I will add to wishlist for now. But I cannot make any promise at the moment for this request.
