Porto Blocks are not removed. With the new update, the Porto Blok location has changed. It has been moved to the “Porto> Templates Builder” section.

Please run the backup of your site and then again update the Theme on your site by following the below-given article, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and make sure to deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme and also you have to update the plugins after updating the Theme as well.

sorry didnt notice the support was out.

i have not lost no data, just the catorgory page on the front end wont go past the loading overlay (even when turned off in the control panel) with all plugins deactivated and when i use just Porto Functionality plugin activated the problem arises.

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Setting >> Account’s & Privacy and check yes below given both options and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

1. Allow customers to create an account during checkout
2. Allow customers to create an account on the "My account" page

HI, by an recent update of the theme we noticed that in the shopping cart there are no prices visible. only by the subtotal you see a price, but price per item is blank/not visible. how to fix this?

This is Elementor Pro plugin issue, because of the Elementor Premium plugin Custom Header and Footer the Design of the Mini Cart dropdown changed and that removes the price of the product, so please deactivate the Elementor Pro plugin and check back your site after removing the browser cache, you have to remove the item from the cart and add it again after deactivating the plugin, I am sure it will solve your issue and if not then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well so that we will further debug it for you on your site.

But now, in order to get European Union funding for the websites you need to pass the WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) accessibility standards and the Markup Validation.

2. Yes, it supports RTL and the Arabic language.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins on your site, and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Products and select all the products from there, after that quick edit to the selected products and simply click on the save changes button, after that check back your site after removing the browser cache.

If still, it will not work for you then please check once with activating the default WP Theme on your site like Twenty Twenty-one, if the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme, then it will make sure that this is not our Theme issue but the WooCommerce and WP issue, and in that case, you have to contact the WooCommerce and WP support for the help, when it will be fixed with the default WP Theme, it will automatically work fine with our Theme as well.

Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.
