there is still a problem with ‘Search Form’. Similar pages, one with the form and one without. Mapbox, Google Maps, Google Fonts – everything off. The problem occurs on every page that has a ‘Search Form’

Why does Search Form generate such a high TBT if it is just a form with no search function running?
After analyzing several pages (Yours, MyListingClub and mine), the likely cause of such a high TBT score is the amount of ‘Listing Type’. On your demo page https://main.mylistingtheme.com/ (5 Listing Type), the TBT score is in the range of 0.5 – 1.5 sec. For comparison, MyListingClub https://starter3.mylisting.club/ has 5 Listing Types and a score in the range of 2.6 – 3.4 sec. These are very high TBTs that affect the loading time of search results – even 8 seconds for MyListingClub. On my website I have 7 Listing Type and TBT score is in the range of 1.5 – 2.5 sec.
Is it possible to improve these parameters?

Mapbox appears multiple as different tiles are loaded separately. You can do the test in their own examples and see https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/example/simple-map/I have sent the rest of your points to our developers. Hi there, I am thinking about buying a second licence. However before I do I wondered if it is possible to have the main search widget on multiple pages instead of just the home page. For example, I want a new page for every region. On the page mylisiting.com/northwest I want to replicate the look of the home page but A: have the search widget pre-filled with NORTH WEST as the region, and B: have region specific content on the rest of the page. Is this possible?

For example, I want a map that shows regions “North Dallas”, “South Dallas, “East Dallas”. Then when you click on “North Dallas”, you can see a map of the listings under that region.

Hi I’m interested in your theme. Does it support conditional filtering now? 3 years ago you’ve mentioned you’ll add the functionality. What I want to do is to use filters on left bar and show releant or filter out the values on the preview card. For example, for luxury hotel category I want to show luxury pricing field. Is this possible? If not is it possible with some plugin? if so free or paid? thanks

Yeah ok! I asked a few questions. Are you going to add this functionality any sooner? Advanced Custom Fields PRO seems to be used, so can’t I use RULES and CONDITIONS that comes with ACF?

Pre-sale question: I have seen that your Theme is excellent. However there is a feature that would be missing and it is in my checklist When an image is uploaded there is no possibility to add a description to it, which later becomes ALT or caption. Do you plan to develop it in the future?

I have i questions about where is located the file for translate the sidebar in listing page … ( https://ibb.co/vX3VX3W ), i translate the theme with Poedit and put .po and .mo file in language theme but some words are not there and i want to translate. I try to fiind in Listing Type -> Sigle Page -> Field or Single Page but i can fiind where is located … for example i have Contact business and i don`t find …

Hello I have recently received a complaint, for comments on my website which I had to delete. before being sanctioned.
The problem was that when leaving comments in one of the lists, it does not have an option to mark that it agrees with the privacy pot of the site and in addition to this below this acceptance field there must be a short text explained what is the purpose and the use that will be given to the treatment of these comments.
how you can see the issue of privacy is very important and the fines are very high. Could you tell me if they will add this option to the comment forms of the listings, to comply with the privacy law of the European Union. Thank you

You can disable reviews/comments for non logged in users in wp-admin > Settings > discussion > enable “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
Add privacy policy on your registration form, so anyone who signs up accepts all the terms of your site.
Woocommerce > settings > account and privacy > Registration privacy policy
and select your terms and condition page in woocommerce > settings > advanced > Terms and conditions
