Hello, I have an issue with the logo in the header after I installed SSL in the website. I replaced all the links with “better search replace”(http to https) and all the images on the website are displayed properly excpet the one on the header. Please help as soon as possible!

How to remove Google fonts and just use standard fonts? Even when arial is selected in the fonts section, the theme still loads Google Poppins. Where to remove Poppins?

I ran a gtmetrix test and score is so bad, can you fix it.

The first impression of the demos before purchasing this theme was very good but since I started to use it I become very disappointed.

Here are my problems:

1. Every page load takes between 5-8 seconds after the saasland theme got installed. No other plugins or demo themes are deployed.

I tried to build the website locally as well but I experienced the same latency and gave it up eventually (Macbook Pro 2.3 Ghz 8 core, 16 GB )

2. It’s not possible to install any of the demo sites in a cloud environment as the load balancer terminates the connection after a few minutes and the installation takes around 15-20 minutes.

The documentation recommends other manual approaches as well, but they didn’t work either. I get HTTP500 error when I try to import the widgets.vie file in the Widget Importer & Exporter plugin

3. Your website (https://droitthemes.com/wp/saasland-theme/demos) states that different components can be mixed but I cannot do that. The getting started guide suggest to reset wordpress before installing a new demo. How can we mix different components from other demos then?

I wasted 4 days, but I did not manage to fix these problems and I started to believe that this theme is not production ready.

I would like to request some help to sort out these problems or a refund if it’s not possible.

Pricing plan comparison – I know this has been requested several times by different buyers of the theme but still no change.

Can you please make it possible to insert text into the “pricing plan comparison” in addition to the yes or no icons?

In many cases features are not described by binary options of yes or no and we cant use this!

There appears to be a bug with the Pricing table tabs carousel widget. If I have two of these widgets on a page and I use the toggle if modifies both widgets. That is, both pricing tables switch to tab 2.

How can this be fixed?​ Ideally, you also give the option to have more than 2 tabs so that I don’t need two widgets.

I only found the “Saasland Slider” in Elementor which is different from the one in your example. I also searched all the hero sections, but could not find the one you used in the link above.

Since it is a multipurpose theme, Can I use it on more than one site, once I register with the purchase code through the wordpress panel or the registration limit for only one use with all the features, such as a demo import click and all of the features included?

It is not possible to translate Features widget items in WPML. Please fix that. Almost all other things can be translated properly.

The “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin that came along with the theme, has got multiple updates but you are not updating it with every theme update, i donot want to buy another plugin unwillingly, please update the plugin immediately. this may cause security issues if not updated for long time. Please tell me if you can not update, i will switch the theme to something else, looks very unprofessional from your end to commit multiple times for the update and not update it.

It’s disappointing that you aren’t providing the support that I and other customers have paid for. I’m entitled to a theme which is fit for purpose where basic functionality works.

Below is a list of support tickets I’ve submitted. Many are unresolved and some haven’t even been answered in over 2 months! As you can see many of the resolved issues were due to BUGS in your theme. Your comment suggests I am somehow requiring you to provide some level of customisation above and beyond our agreement. This is not true. It’s basic functionality I am requesting and entitled to.

Tickets that are partially resolved via CSS have been due to missing core functionality. Again, if you don’t want to supply CSS – document the limitations in your documentation and don’t advertise that the theme is fully customisable “without having to write a single line of code”.

You seem to only take action when comments are made on the public discussion forum or when you receive a poor review. And instead of taking feedback on board to improve your product, you argue with them, demand that they change their review, or have comments removed. Support tickets are closed when ANY reply is given, even if the issue hasn’t been resolved. How can you possibly argue that you are providing the level of support as per our agreement.

Hello, I love this theme with all the great features that come with it, but there are two things that would’ve made it even better. I was wondering if it’s possible to remove the city skyline image in the top footer, and just leave the top footer plain blank with buttons only. And finally, is it possible to make the header “action button” to open in the same tab? I don’t want it to redirect to a new tab.
