Hi! Right now your support is down so I’ll ask for help here.
I have a responsive issue with the navigational menu (centered logo version). If I reduce the screen size before the page goes mobile, the menu items start falling down.
I’ve seen this issue also in the live preview (light home) version, but now the page is down.

Also suddenly the instagram sidebar stopped apearing. My site is still in the previous version.
Any help would be very welcome!

Please revisit Instagram and get the latest code requirements and then issue a revised plugin for your theme. This issue has happened twice in the last 6 months – it’s not the client’s job to keep the author abreast of upstream changes… You’ve taken our money… now take an interest in keeping your theme up-to-date!

I’m not an imbecile so please do not treat me as one. I read and tried your suggestion BEFORE raising a support ticket, but without any luck.
As for Smash Balloon, it works just fine but it requires a payment for the carousel feature. I have already paid for your plug-in and think it only fair that you deliver on your promise – a plugin that works.
As I stated before “I am NOT experiencing issues with my Instagram feed, I have tested the feed with various other plugins and they all display as expected. The feed is just fine!
However, I am having issues with your Panaderia Instagram Feed Plugin – it no longer displays the feed.”

Hi Aleksander, I have received your ‘private’ email but feel that this topic is most definitely of interest to those in a ‘pre-sale’ position, so will continue to resolve this issue in the public forum. If you cannot fix the Instagram issue then you need to remove the Panaderia Instagram Feed Plugin from your theme bundle and remove it from your advertising. It is misleading to claim you have a functioning Panaderia Instagram Feed Plugin when clearly you do not. None of this is rocket science – it just requires a little bit of support from your side. Hello Aleksander, As you well know, I received your ‘updated’ plugin which was in fact v2.0… the very same one currently shipped with the Theme! Needless to say I installed it to no avail. I replied to your email the following day where you stated “Seeing that you have not responded to this request in a while, we will place your ticket on hold for the time being.” It is becoming very apparent to me and to all your readers, that you do not have a solution to the Panaderia Instagram Feed Plugin error, that you have no intention of finding a solution, that you do not seem to care that your clients have websites in production that rely on your software working and perhaps most astonishingly… that you think that you can simply ignore your clients and they and their problems will go away????? It doesn’t work that way Aleksander. You have my money, now please provide me with a working copy of the Panaderia Instagram Feed Plugin suitable for Wordpress 5.7.2/Panaderia 1.3 Thank you

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

Our theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. See this article: https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012629137-Issues-With-The-New-WordPress-5-5-5-6-and-5-7-Updates-And-How-To-Solve-ThemRegarding WooCommerce, the last version tested with our theme is 4.7.0. You can try using a newer version to see if everything works fine, but if it doesn’t, we suggest to keep using version 4.7.0 until we release an update.

First, I am not able to open a support ticket, says my support has expired.
We had to reset the theme, it had some errors. This is the error we are getting:
“We will help you with registration part, just reach our support team here https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com Submit a request and include your website link so our agent could assist you. Thanks We are trying to activate the theme for term access to the demos, however, when entering the purchase code and email and clicking the Register Theme button, it does not work. Appears please wait, but it does not end.”
Additionally, we were also getting an error when connecting with Instagram to enable the Slider in the footer. See screenshot attached.

The re-setting theme issue got resolved, however we are not able to connect our client’s instagram account with the theme. There is an error, The support team has not gotten back to me on this yet. Are you still working in resolving it?

Hello, The theme has not been updated in 12 months. Numerous included 3rd party plugins have seen major version changes in the last 12 month period. Can you please update in particular:- WooCommerce (you are still reliant on version 3.6.0 which is out of date. The core version is now 4.0.0) and WPBakery Page Builder (You are using 6.1 where current development is beyond 6.4.x) Thanks

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed, but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. We can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. Thanks for taking an interest! We are not quite sure which navigation you refer to exactly, so could you please explain a bit more. You do have on the slider, arrows that will allow you to slide to the next slide if you wish that for sure.
Also as this slider is made with Revolution SLider you will for sure be able to add links to each Slide.
