as far as I see, ux builder is not compatible with rank math. And also rank math does not get h1 h2 labels and so many things effect seo.

Flatsome is a WooCommerce theme. It works with all official extensions of WooCommerce. We haven’t tested any auction feature yet.
From nowhere, after updating, the homepage is slow. I assumed it was a banner slider client uploaded, but it is not. All my other pages are great, but homepage is an F and takes like 20sec to load. That is the only thing that has changed. Latest WP, THeme and php 7.2. Any idea why only the homepage?

Hi there, I have a multisite setup for a client where their main site is using the Flatsome theme and they have subdomains for things like single appointment booking pages, the woocommerce store, etc. All part of 1 website but instead of using separate pages, they use subdomains instead. Or do I need to purchase a new license for each subdomain/page.

I just upgraded wordpress and woocommerce. I’ve upgraded my settings in my cpanel per another thread, and I am still getting this error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I ONLY get the error when I try to update a page using the UX builder. I have turned off all plugins and I still get the error. I’m out of ideas… So now what?

I’m interested in your theme, but few things are resisting me and I really hope you will surely help me out.
1.) AMAZON STYLE – FULL WIDHT LAYOUT – ONLY TRUE Full-width layout, like the menu, top logo, and product page, each and everything like amazons full-page layout is what’s missing I found.
2.) PROFESSIONAL MENU: We need a Menu like FLIPKART or AMAZON type, in which there are low gap and space and more menu options could be shown. The current flats menu is very slow, and pardon me … it looks ugly and not good. Much and more improvements are needed here.
3.) MODAL POPUPS: Flatsome is missing Attractive and good looking MODAL WINDOWS …

- The global layout width is limited by the value you entered into the theme Customizer. You can increase it.
- You’ll need a 3rd party plugin like Ubermenu or Max Mega Menu. Flatsome is compatible with both.
- Modal windows are named as Lightbox in Flatsome. You can check this link and this link for some sample usages.

Loading problems are mostly caused by webserver settings, plugin conflicts or custom codes. Please disable all plugins except WooCommerce, switch to the parent theme, and contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if there is any security or caching setting may block UX Builder.

You can build a custom product page layout with UX Builder as guided here and set the row element as full-width. But it only works if the global layout is set as full-width as well.
Overwriting flatsome-shop.css
How can I do that? When I copy this to “flatsome-child/assets/css” it does not work

You can only override the template files with a child theme. It’s about WordPress, not Flatsome.

My original question implied that I was overwriting flatsome-shop.css with my child theme and it did not work.
I copied this file /flatsome/assets/css/flatsome-shop.css to /flatsome-child/assets/css/flatsome-shop.css
I do not see the changes in flatsome-shop.css in my child theme and only in the parent theme.

As I said, you can overwrite the template files (WordPress and WooCommerce) with a child theme. Also, can add custom functions via the functions.php file and custom CSS styles via the style.css file. If you want to override a parent theme CSS file, you need to dequeue the original file and queue your CSS file. I suggest you take a look at this link for more information about child themes and contact a professional if you don’t have enough technical skills.
