Hello, I am trying to disconnect/reconnect my license to the SAME domain and I am getting Invalid Code.

Tried to open a support ticket with the SAME support code and still received invalid code.

Please advise, I’ve never used this site live only local testing and I am getting this error, couldn’t install a demo, thanks!

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

I am using single image element and linking to prettyphoto. Everything is ok but i believe something is missing. Why can’t i see the title or alt text below the popup large image? Its empty. Is there a way to fix it?

My old themes were unlimited and i was using my themes many times. but now i am looking for new theme and when i read documentation of them, it is written that one domain using, or 1 domain + 3 subdomain using, something like that. i am shocked about it. your theme is also like that? if i buy, i can use only for 1 domain? and how can i understand that themes are limited or unlimited? i have to learn that.

You can only use the single Theme license on a single Site/Domain only, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from Envato as well, and with all the Themes on ThemeForest.

The latest WooCommerce update made the header portion of every page go away and footer do weird things. I manually updated to the newest update you guys released on 1/13/21, and that fixed the slider, but the titles are still gone on all the pages. Is anybody else having issues with this? Is there a fix in the works?

Fixed it by completely uninstalling the Porto Functionality and reinstalling it.

Hi- A developer installed the theme on our site and its falling apart. Slider revolution, Power bakery is all saying not updating. What to do?

First of all, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and if now then please update the Theme to the very latest version very first, you can check the changelog of the Theme here:

Then please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the plugins from there one by one, I am sure it will work for you.

You can delete the old version of the plugins from your site and download the very latest version of the plugins from the below-given article and Install and Activate it on your site, it will work for you.

Can users “Create an Account”? Is there a page for that? There is an “My Account” page but only seems to give you an account if you buy something.

1. Allow customers to create an account during checkout

Hello. Many thanks for your awesome theme. I have two questions to answer:

1. Is there a possibility to use “Add to Cart, Quick View On Image” option under -> WooCommerce -> Product Archives -> Product Layout to have “Add to Cart” icon visible not only for simple products (with no variations) but as well for variable products (with variations)? I.e. I choose variations and then click the “Add to Cart” button. Now is there “Arrow icon” only directing to Single Product page.

2. Is there any way how to remove a product stock quantity information from: a) Product archives only b) Single product page only c) On the whole webpage

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you have to click on that arrow and it will take you to the single product page and from there you have to choose the particular variation and then click on the “Add to Cart” button.

Hello, I’ve purchased this and haven’t used it in ages on a different website. The web site was inaccessible. I’ve now re’installed it to another server and was told the KEY was already used. How do I get it removed? I tried opening a ticket but I can’t remember the email I’ve used and I really don’t feel like paying $40- just to get my key released on a template I’ve purchased already. Can you help please?

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points in mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.
