Hello there, it does not make any sense for me to pay for support on a there that stopped working by it self, Hello there, All of a sudden the theme has stopped working properly. 1. 1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

As a follow up to previous comment, I’ve updated the theme assuming it would fix the issue that the tool icons won’t work in the page builder, but it didn’t fix it so we can’t edit using page builder. All wordpress/plugins are updated and i de-activated them to ensure no conflicts, so assume it’s a theme issue. Do i need to purchase support to have it looked at?

good morning
I put a slider made on Master Slider in my home by the page builder (by slider > Master Slider). I’m having a lot of problems in the mobile version of the slider I created (it doesn’t align the texts, and I’ve tried all sorts of ways).
So I would like to use another plugin to create my slider, but how can I put the shortcode of my new slider in the page builder to replace the one created with Master Slider?

The theme has been updated and the page builder is broken. I cannot edit absolutely anything. I need the template I bought from you to work properly and right now it is not working. This is an urgent issue, please let me know what to do because right now the template is useless if I cannot edit pages.
