You can use the theme with Wordpress 5.5, although it will require the bundled plugins update. You can receive new plugin versions whenever you need them contacting our Support team. Best Regards,After security notice and several plugins update (not the rev slider among, not possible) and wordpress update, the complete Revolution slider is missing on the front page.
Something similar has already happened before when the problem was solved by reinstalling the demo content. This doesn’t help now.
Also, the httpS protocol is now missing on that frontpage only.
Turning off the ThemeREX Addons plugin brings back the rev slider but the rest of the page is messed up.
I understand that the support expired but this is basic functionality matter regarding your plugin. It’s the essential problem.

Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

Upgrading from 2.3 to 3.0 has completely broken my site. Nothing about the new version is similar to the old version. How do I update the theme without breaking my site?

It goes beyond the ThemeREX addons plugin. The site won’t load if the universal services plugin is still installed. The name of the theme and child theme is different now. All page content gets stripped out upon theme update. The overall structure of the theme is different from version 2.3 so even a manual install breaks everything. I’ll submit a ticket.
Is 3.0 really an update or is it a totally new theme? The parent and child theme folders aren’t named the same as in 2.3. It appears as though the structure of the theme is different now. It’s not a simple update like previously.

Theme version 3.0 is built using NEW page builder, that is why all old shortcodes ([trx_section], [trx_chat], [trx_columns], etc.) WILL NOT work any more. You should reassemble all existing content through Elementor page builder. In case you prefer WPBakery Page Builder, the set of shortcodes will be limited to default WPBakery Page Builder’s shortcodes.

Hi, I have created menu for this theme, but menu doesn’t expand to show all menu items. It shows an icons and then you need to click on the icon to see other menu items.
