We bought Kalles and are very satisfied.

When setting up our shop, we also discover errors (not major errors). And we have a few more suggestions for important options.

1) Error “LABEL PRODUCT” (see screenshots) In the editor, the NEW-LABEL shows the set user color (in our case gray). However, the default value (green) of KALLES is displayed in the live view of the shop.

The setting will probably not be carried over into the Liquid code. Up to version 1.54 the user tones were displayed correctly. UPDATE: Version 2.1 also has the bug

3a) SEARCH PAGE error Unit price in “full screen” of the search results. All other views are okay See here:https://prntscr.com/xpqadg (This is important for France and Germany)

Our request to include the following suggestions:

a) Please add additional LABEL PRODUCTS for custom labeling. For example, we need LABELED PRODUCTS with “ACTION”.

b.) Make sections of the homepage optional for the MOBILE view see here: https://prntscr.com/x84jdf For example COLLECTION-LIST Show and hide in the mobile view.

c) The sidebar hidden in the shopping cart should close by itself after 1-3 seconds after placing a product

Hi, currently our theme (and other Shopify themes) can only use Shopify font (our theme also support more font from Google font), but for custom font, you have to use third-party app called Fontify https://apps.shopify.com/fontify-change-customize-font-for-your-store to able to use a custom font.

I have put a ticket 24 hours ago, still there is no response. I have also started having another issue with the theme. 1. The variant and size selection is running on desktop but not on mobile for some reason I am unaware of 2. Automatically and much to my discomfort the language on the size and colour on some products have changed to chinese and the same has happened to some product links as the are showing in chinese. I am very unsure of why this is happenning when all language conversion is off on the website.

No such thing is taking place on the normal debut theme. Please help asap. My ticket id is #58671

I have this theme and I like it but please be aware that you are unable to display both prices with and without VAT, which is a legal requirement is some countries. I have to know purchase another theme to do this. so please ensure this theme is for you before purchasing. it’s a shame I have to now change from this theme

not venting, unfortunately, we have left the EU and now I want to display this for our international customer that why I now need to display both prices. and as mentioned hopefully if anyone is in the market for a theme and they need the same they will move on and not purchase the theme and find another that will as you are not willing to look into as to why the app will not work, which show that the support is not worth paying the extra for.

There are a few things you should understand 1- If the theme doesn’t support the app then you should contact the app’s owner and ask them to integrate. This is not our fault since the app was created after the theme and it needs to be theme compatible. 2- We can help but please ask that politely instead of throwing out 2 star reviews and intimidating us. What css do I need to enter to make the logo larger? The theme settings do not work and the logo remains at 170px wide no matter what size I have it set to.

First of all, I can change the number in the admin too but that doesn’t change the size of the logo on the frontend of the website, it is still in a 170px box. I can see it resize when the page loads.

Secondly, You have already replied to my ticket letting me know I should choose another header layout since all of them have a specific size for the logo.

Hi question, Is it possible that each variant will appear in the category page on its own (without adding new product for each variant)? If I have blue and red, they will both appear in the catalog/collection page? but still remain as variants and not different products.
