Really sorry for all the inconvenience you faced, we have found a workaround for it and implemented it with our latest update 6.0.1, so, please update your Theme to the very latest version 6.0.1 and check back, you will find all of your Blocks back into Porto >> Page Builder as showing below:

First of all the link you have shared is not our template but this is another Author template which is “Okler”, but fortunately our Theme also has such functionality.
“When using Side header type or showing Main Menu in Sidebar”
As written that it will only work with side header type, so must have to set/select the side header first and you will find the option under Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu as showing below and you can set it as per your requirements.
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 29/08/2020. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Suggestion: Can you consider adding a short code ( maybe [year] ) to the footer section in “Theme Options” to show the current year? Have to manually go to the back end & do this.

Porto WordPress Theme provides very flexible options, and we have added tons of options to Customize the footer as per the user requirements, so we have Custom HTML widget that use can place in Footer widget and copy and Custom Code from Google and use it.
OR
We have blocks that user can create any sort of footer using page builder in block and then use that block under footer widget using Porto Block Widget, and again this is not a big deal and you can easily get any Custom/Dynamic content code from Google and use it…

Hey there, so I’m using the set up wizard and trying to upload the woocommerce plugin but it keeps failing, I’ve got all plugins installed apart from WP bakery/Visual composer, any idea?
I tried to install it outside of the wizard and got this error could not create directory woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/assets/js/atomic/blocks/product-elements/add-to-cart/product-types/variable/variation-attributes/test

Hi, can you please reset my last purchase code? I am in some turbulent time when I am trying to jump to some new project.
Please quickly tell me how the heck I get changes in skin settings under Theme Options/Skin to show on website. I have emptied cache (despite being in staging environment so caring is disabled), emptied browser cache AND even tried on a computer never been to the URL and still same problem. I have just checked your provided screenshot and the URL as well and it is working perfectly fine for me, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/YGdR4GJs so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, or This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

I did everything you tell people who bought it. I pinged, checked my server, checked plugins, but the purchase code didn’t work. As far as I see, I think everyone has a purchase code problem, check your site.

Sorry to say that but we have not encountered this warning till now with our latest update of the Theme and plugins, Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the WP and Theme and also the plugins as well.
Fortunately, it’s only a warning, not an error, so you can safely ignore it. Turn off debug mode on your live site and the warning should go away.
And for testing it more deeply, I’ll forward this to our development department as well.

But where do i enable them in the theme? I tried looking for shape divider or dividers in the page builder elements, but could not find them there. Also no options in sections, rows?
