Hi guys! I an client webpage – I have found a bug in your recent version of Flatsome theme.

From latest version. Using UX-builder on a page to display products. Using custom posts you add products to this page.

Previously – you could re-arrange the custom post panels and click apply, and the order of the products on the page would be updated. Since last version – this is not possible.

When you now try to rearrange order and click on apply – the order is not updated and goes back to what is was. The only work around is that you remove all custom posts, save, and then starts over with a new order. But if you have many products – this is quite boring task to do…especially when it was soo smooth before.

Not so flexible as I would expect Flatsome Theme to be.

HI, i’m having an issue regarding UX Builder’s Slider; right now we have a slider with 6 banners, but in the Builder we see 7 bullets instead of 6. We tried to look into the seventh one, but it’s pitch-black and there is no controls we can edit. The slider’s behaviour on our homepage is very odd, the first banner shows up pretty fine, but when the second banner appears, it’s completely black… And it’s the same with all but the first one.

How can I show a “NEW” badge for newly created products?

Hello, I’m having a very annoying problem. On the homepage of the website sometimes the following appears “skip to content” .. the whole view looks distorted. Content blocks appear to be broken, as if lined up. I searched on Google and found out that there is a skip tag for accessibility, but I couldn’t find anything to disable it. This problem is only in the flatsome theme, I have not experienced it in others. Any ideas how it will fix? Thank you.

I want to report an issue that i have with the theme. As i am trying to check my website from the validator for the accesibility, i see a lot of problems as:

1) Element style not allowed as child of element div in this context. 2) Element style not allowed as child of element section in this context. 3) Element style not allowed as child of element body in this context.

I see that other themes don’t have this problems and accesibility in the code is important!

Could you guys help me out on how to fix this problem?

Hi I recently bought the lincence for flat some. After I changed my webdomain I tried to upload the flat some plugin again but I recieved the message: “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.” I uploaded ‘the installable wordpress file only’. I tried it several times. Could you guys help me out what’s the problem exactly?

Hi. After clear new instalation on newest wordpress. In wizard show some errors: https://i.postimg.cc/2yDmz17Z/flatsome-error1.jpg and when i click theme options show this error: https://i.postimg.cc/SR6S86xd/flatsome-error2.jpg In wizard when i selected preset theme nothing changed, demo files not loadet and webpage is still default. All plugins are instaled, The whole wizard was successfully (in addition to the errors mentioned). Any idea please?

Any standard google translator plugin breaks the ux builder. I would like to make use of this. see below the plugins I want to use but let the ux builder break. (cant select)

So far I’m having some tiny issues:

- Is there a way when add to cart that page don’t refresh? (ajax?) How to activate?

- How to show the top bar in more pages than just home page. At least on the product page and category pages.
