Known issue with page loader for full screen template pages? Has occurred on latest version of your theme. Disabled all plugins and issue still occurs. So looks to be theme issue. It’s with the full_screen_preloader div. Pulse icon appearing on screen, even though it is disabled in settings.

Already read that, and tried that plugin, but that isn’t it. If you test locally I’m sure you will be able to replicate. We changed the page template to Full Width instead, as we needed to resolve quickly as no content was loading on any page.

As I say, already tried that and it made no difference in this instance. I believe it to be a bug with the latest version of your theme and Bridge Core plugin, for the Full Screen Sections page template. Check there and I’m sure you’ll be able to replicate the issue.

1. Your theme will works only with elementor free edition 100% without any issue, right? Elementor pro have a lot of more options and much more widgets. Elementor pro have options like dynamic content, custom page templates, header and footer builder and advanced form builder with a lot of integrations. For example: custom header and footer via elementor pro will not work with your theme.
So customer will stuck in project with your theme and cant move forward when he is in situation to use elementor pro. They need to create an ticket to solve that issue by custom coding or any other help of your support. This is not good workflow for basics like adding an custom header or footer. 
2. pre-sale question: Do you plan to include full compatiblity with elementor pro? Most of all themes supporting elementor pro 100% out of the box. Otherwise please confirm your theme is fully compatible with elementor pro without need to contact support and troubleshooting.
2. pre-sale question: Whatever: if your theme is only 100% compatible with elementor free: its an very important fact that user need to know before he buy this theme. This is an restriction and you need to give user the option to know that information BEFOER he buy this theme. Anything else is against envato rules. Do you plan to add this information into your theme description?

I purchased the theme a while back now however never used it, so my support has ended but I still wish to use to the theme. I did try to raise a ticket on your website but was unable to submit this as this too also requires my purchase code. Hello! Just uploaded a demo on the theme, but realized I want to change demos. Do I have to delete the contents of the uploaded demo first before uploading a new demo? Or will it automatically update? dont want to slow down the site or take unnecessary space.

I currently have version 13.7 and tried to update to the new one 24.6, but the website told me that a major crash happened. The website pretty much broke down. I was able to switch the version back and the site is back up and running. Want to know how I can do the update without having the site crash.

As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.
Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.
Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

Where is the download for the slider revolution files for the Bridge Original, Elementor, #300? It’s not on the index list given through the directions. I’m missing that content from the import. Also my homepage keeps just spinning no content is loading. The other pages are fine.

We see that your themepanel is very overloaded. Is it possible to search in your themepanel in all themepanel tabs for options? Most of all themes with a lot of options have this option to search in all tabs of themepanel. What about yours?

Hello, I am trying to update to the newest version, and I have two errors – there is no automatic update available, so I have to switch to a generic WP theme and then add the new theme files. However, then when I try to re-activate the Bridge theme, I get an error message that “redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies.” The site is attempting to reach the ”/wp-admin/themes.php?page=bridge_qode_welcome_page” . Any ideas?

Hi, love the theme, but I can’t register the theme. I had to reinstall wordpress after my site got hacked. However, it says that the code is already registered for another domain. It is the same domain, but just a new Wordpress install (perhaps I changed from http to https after registering). None of my emails seems to be registered on qodeinteractive.com, so I can’t deregister the “wrong” domain
