Hello, is there a way to put a clickable image in the menu as a voice menu? (the image will be a green number png)

This is an Action Button and if you want to make it clickable phone number, you have to set number for the Title and phone number with tel attribute as link, like:
tel:00-000-000-000

The link you sent above does not work. But, if you are want to put an image instead of Action Button, it won’t be possible without files customization.

Hello I have the following problem. Unfortunately, I can no longer update the theme and the built-in plugins. Error Message: An error occurred while updating Betheme: the package could not be installed. The package does not contain any files. (WP Version: 5.6, Be Theme Version: 21.9.4) The menu on my website also has no function anymore.

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

The problem seemed to be that I redirected the website to a different address and the registration was still on the old address. Since it’s the same website I didn’t know the theme thinks differently.

This was what we have tried and unable to fix it before coming here. There is no such URL as it is. We have get around the problem with redirect the URL. We’ll ask to WPML. Because this is a compatible issue with Betheme and the WPML

Hi Guys, I like the theme and would like to use Spa5 theme. I would like to know 1. Spa5 is available with WPBakery. It will available with Elementor. 2. To use Spa5 do we need to use paid version of WPBakery?

1. No, it is made with WPBakery Page Builder.
2. This plugin is bundled within theme and you do not have to buy its license separately. However, please note that you need to build pages from the scratch with WPBakery.
3. According to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on Envato marketplace and not only Betheme.

Just have to set up a new Website for a customer….do you mean that serious with your muffin builder?? I can write code….but my customer will not be able to use this so called “Page Builder”...at many tasks I´m quicker when i write the code by myself…..Title element-> no align function, no font-size function….with the muffin editor, you have to write every break with <../...br…> and if you want to create a simple table or list…YOU HAVE TO WRITE LI FOR EVERY SINGLE ITEM…..i like the customization options (exploding of options) but the builder cannot be used from someone who isnt able to write code… or have i missed something where i can change to a “userfriendlier Behavior” of this “muffin builder”?

seems like you have missed something. We do have raw shortcodes but you can easily use Visual Editor item within Muffin Builder instead that has WYSIWYG editor included.

Ok thanks, found it, weird…but there is no scrollbar in the editor, cannot mark complete text etc. or is there another option i missed?
As you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead and we will be more than happy to help you.

If you mean style of single product page, you can change it in Betheme > Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section. Please also bear in mind, that some general layout look might be related with Classic or Simple style located in Betheme > Theme Options > Global > General section.

The sidebar for single product page is the same as for the shop page. Any WooCommerce related page have already pre-built Sidebar Widget called Plugin | WooCommerce and located in Appearance > Widgets section.

Hello, quick question. I have purchased your theme multiple times so far. I am wondering how and where i can disable the page title just for specific pages? There is no such option on the page. I can only disable the title globally in the theme options. Can you please tell me, how and where the page titles can individually be turned off? you can disable whole Subheader only with the option located in Page Options section when you edit/create page. However, if you wish to remove the title only, you need to use custom css declaration in Betheme > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

I’m planning to buy BeTheme for one project. I have checked prebuilt templates and it seems IceCream 2 demo built with muffin editor. I’m wondering if this demo available in wp bakery page builder? Also if not, is it possible to convert it to wp bakery? Another thing I would like to ask is about wp bakery elements. Does your theme include all elements that is on muffin editor and elementor in wp-bakery as well? Because if we convert the demo to wp-bakery I want to make sure that I will have all functionality and design elements in wp-bakery setup so it will make sense for us to stick with your theme for a long time.
