Hi, I have purchased your theme and installed it, everything was nice until suddenly the Buddha panel stopped working. I can not change any of the options in it, can not upload images, i can not enable nice scroll, and none of the checkbox switches seem to be working. Any ideas what could cause this?

Hello. I need an intranet that allows users to only view files, does not allow them to download files. I also need the intranet to allow a user to upload documents through a simple interface, not through code. Can that be in your theme?

What is the purpose of a child theme, when you have to delete everything before updating?

Child themes are used for when you want to change the main theme code to suit your needs. You create a child theme to do this and copy the theme files, the modify as needed. We provide a starter child theme in the main package, but anything done to a child theme is typically code customizations which is done on the customers side. First of all, we think this theme looks absoluetely fantastic. We are looking for something like this to make a ‘wiki’ site. However, on our site, users should be able to edit the content (where I or other moderators need to approve the content). Is this possible with this theme, if yes, how?

On your home1 demo there is a button half way down that says “submit a ticket” its does nothing when clicked. Is there a ticket system as I am trying to find it.

1. is there any way to restrict access to content only for logged users?
2. users have some custom login/profile edit or at least not the usual wordpress admin area?
3. can you provide screenshots about organization of articles/content/tags/etc? After initial setup, users with basicaly zero knowledgement will update data…
4. some articles will use attached files. is there some fancy layout or even separated area on post to this type of content?

Note: Before installing the theme or demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.
http://support.wedesignthemes.com/knowledge-base/server-requirements/Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – > Add New > Upload Theme > Browse the actual theme zip file and install the theme.
Note: Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation, child theme, etc. So unzip the package and find the actual theme folder then install theme.
If your WordPress up-loader does not work. Please connect your server via FTP Go to WP-folder -> wp-content -> Themes – > Paste actual theme directory folder via FTP.
After Install the theme, you can simply activate the theme in dashboard > Appearance > Themes, here just click the “Activate” button to activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins.
The purpose of demo content import, we have used the “Unyson” plug-in to import the demo contents.
After Install and activate the theme and plugin files, Please follow the instructions in the below knowledge base link for installing the demo contents using the Unyson plugin.
