I have a post/page on my site that’s not locatable or removable from within WP admin and should NOT be on the page. How would I remove this spam from my website when it’s not viewable within the theme editor? This seems like another bug.

Hi, I cannot register the theme, a 500 internal server error occurs. I spent hours to try to make it work but no way. I have already contacted Code help center but none of the solutions worked. I need to activate the theme to install demo content, otherwise this theme is completely useless. Thanks

Is this theme still supported and updated?
There’s been a lack of updates for a very long time, and features have been bugging out and breaking since early in the year. The suggested fixes and workarounds for some issues are to download other authors plug-ins while we await an update for months.
(Last update was Oct 2020)
So again, there intent to continue to support and update this plugin?

Hello, I am struggling with the title background images… they will not cover the back and I cannot have them be displayed centered and middle . The problem is when I crop them in photoshop so that they will display well on desktop, I will have too much of the image cropped for mobile. is there a possibility to have the background image in the title area be centered both vertically and horizontally and stretch the whole width, too?

Hi! Is the a way to set the height of the mobile sub-menu? When I open it on my iPhone the menu looks good. But as soon as I open a sub menu the background (white in my case) isn’t big enough to cover all menu points. The rest of the menu points are floating over the images of my website so that they are hard to read. And it looks ugly as you can imagine :PI read that there is no way to set it up in theme. But since it doesn’t work can you provide a custom css maybe to fix this? The site is https://www.julisa-berlin.de/. The secon menu item is the one mit 7 sub items. Not that much… Idk why the menu behaves that way. Hop you can help!!! thank you!

1. No, option to change the secondary pink color to any other color.
2. This logo is not found anywhere in theme options to change https://prnt.sc/12g4nl1
3. No option to change header colors for internal pages they are pink
4. Themes is just fancy because of images work and backgrounds used

1. For customizability purposes there isn’t a single color option to change all theme elements as this would limit the users to set different colors for different elements. This is why most of the theme elements like header, footer, buttons, typography have separate color settings.
2. Global logo options are located in Oaza Options>Logo, so please try uploading your logo for all default, dark, light, sticky and mobile logo options. Also, individual pages have logo options, so in case that logo from Oaza Options isn’t being applied please check if there is logo uploaded in the Mikado Logo options on the page ( please see screenshot ).
3. Here too, if the options from Oaza Options>Header are not being applied, please check if the Mikado Header options on the page have different settings. Options set on individual pages will override global theme options. Please check this article here.

I cannot de-register the theme, cause the wordpress site has collapsed. Moved everything to new fresh build, with new address. Does that mean that I need to pay 50 dollars to help me de-register it? I’ve done as suggested. Initially it began working again although sporadically. Now it does not work at all, again. The Oaza Instagram feed claims ‘It seams that you haven’t connected with your Instagram account’ when viewed, however it shows as connected in the social networks setting in the Oaza Options. I have disconnected and reconnected the account to not avail.

Hi, I am having issue with demo importing, its giving an error, here is the screenshot of the same:

We tried to set up the theme and demo on different servers but its the same issue. We server configuration meets the theme requirement as stated in the doc.
