Hi, I’ve updated to the latest version of the theme but now when I go into my posts, I can’t find a way to add the Video to my posts that used to be in the page options. I see an option to make a video into a background but that’s not what I used. I was just inserting them into the page option to have them show up in the post and then on our front page. Now I can’t find the option anymore. Where is this feature now?? https://orgtl.com
I did a backup restore to an older point to find out exactly what it is I cannot find. It is blog post settings (video area). On the new version, when I would click the Post Settings tab it was a blank empty space. There isn’t any options for me to click.

Sorry I was a little late in replying. I went in and reinstalled the update today so I could prepare to put in the ticket. But now the post settings section is showing up. Not sure what happened the first time I did the update, but now it is working properly. Thank you.

Hi, the problem I highlighted comes from a conflict with the rankmath plugin. I opened a ticket and this is Rankmath’s answer: “Upon checking your website here I was able to replicate this issue. The post settings could not be displayed when the Rank Math plugins are active. Upon inspecting the page I noticed that the issue was attributed due to a script file from your theme [that is: chunk-vendors.fce0c94f.js? ver = 5.6: 7] as shown in the screenshot from the sensitive data. I’m not sure what’s happening but I’m unable to update any of my TheGem related plugins. When I go to TheGem Dashboard it says “Thank you, your purchase code is valid. TheGem has been activated.” but whenever I go to update “TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery)” it tells me “Update failed: Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem”. How do I correct this?!

I made all login / FTP information available via email. The theme has been updated, but remains unconfigured: the top area is light (it was dark) and the menu is transparent when we scroll down. In the theme configuration panel, the colors are correct, but they do not reflect reality. I have already answered the e-mail informing all this.

Hi! I’m having an issue with the activation code on my clients web.
