I am sorry to say that but with the Cart Icon at right side of the Header this is not possible to always visible the Cart Slide, this only slide to show when ever you will click on the Cart Icon and this is the default functionality of the Theme.

OR

You can try with “Cart Widget” as showing below as per your requirements.

I don’t have this cart widget in the widget repository. Where I can found it? I have a pluggin called “WooCart Pro – Dropdown Cart for WooCommerce” I don’t know if is recommended for theme.

If you are unable to find the particular Widget then please make sure that you have Installed and Activated all the Theme required/recommended plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins and check back, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

And sorry to say that but we have not tested WooCart Pro – Dropdown Cart for WooCommerce plugin with our Theme officially so we are unable to suggest you, you can ask from Plugin Author.

Please make sure that your server requirements must meet the requirements listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

And then follow the debugging processes one by one listed below:

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Please Login in to your site via CPanel and edit the file general.php under wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/shortcodes/templates/porto_grid_container.php on line 35 and change the { } braces with [ ] braces on line 178, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can set the single row in the single carousel, if you want to set multiple rows in a single carousel then this requires customization. Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widgets and you will find the “Porto Block Widget” set under it, when you edit it, you will find a block shortcode/slugname set under it, which means that section/footer is coming from Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks.

So now you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything in it as per your requirements.

But it will show after title above products, if you want to show the text below the products then follow the trick listed below:

There is no option in the Theme Options to move the Category Description from top to bottom on the category page. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.

1. Please go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to  Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.
