Guys – how old are your documentations? Even the first steps are no longer right, with what you actually have to do. You can only see through it if you install the demos… but the documentation is useless.

Hello, I can’t use Brooklyn Page Builder Frontend mode. Always stuck loop. How can I fix this help me pls !

please make sure theme and plugins are all up to date. There is also an issue with Page Optimize Plugin running on WordPress.com hostings causing errors with the front end editor. We recommend keeping this plugin disabled and use the recommended swift performance plugin with the theme. If the error remains, please open thread in our support forum.

Hi, I bought your theme and has bought 2 different hostings one from Hostgator Hatchling Plan and the other from Don Web WP advance, none of the hostings can meet the requirement from the “Server Health”

I just purchased the Brooklyn theme and after installing it I cannot find the Demo Installer.

Hi, I bought your template 2015. At this time my website use Brooklyn Child Version: 4.5.1.1. I would like update to PHP 7 and SSL.How can I update your theme? Do you have any documentation links to share?

Hi,

the easiest way to update the theme via FTP:

1.) log in to themeforest

2.) go to your downloads section

3.) download all files (you will automatically get the most recent version)

4.) unzip

5.) upload the “brooklyn” folder into the following folder on your FTP server wp-content/themes

6.) after you have uploaded the entire folder the theme itself is up to date

7.) go to “Appearance” -> “Install Plugins” and hover each plugin name, if a link appears which is called “update” hit this link to update the plugin

Done!

Now go to Brooklyn > Licensing and activate the theme for future updates. However, before attempting any updated, please make an entire site backup.

you can apply a rotation inside the options of the showcase under UT Portfolio > Showcase and then edit the showcase.

Hi, I’d like to change the link color to black, and the button text color to white. However, the theme options color only allows for one link color option. Is there a way to disable the theme options colors (global colors)? This way I can choose individual colors for each link on my page builder. Thanks.

We just upgraded php version. We get this error now when clicking on theme options – it downloads a ADMIN.php file vs hitting the link [Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/x-httpd-php: “https://--—.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ut_theme_options”.]

Hi, thank you for your answer ! Well, I would like to deasactivate them but I don’t find it. On Hero type part, it’s only written “If you like to design your Hero with Visual Composer, please create a content block. Once created you can select the content block by choosing “Content Block” as the Hero Type.”

I can choose the hero type (hero Custom shortcode) for Slider revolution. But I don’t see any option for button. Maybe I didn’t check on the right place. I checked on the page edit of the home page…

that could be related to the server. We are just using ini_get memory_limit which is pretty basic. Not sure why it return -1 on your hosting plan. Maybe you should ask your hosting in this case.

Hey guys having some weird spacing issues w/ the Portfolio Showcases. Big gaps between the rows here https://craftedaestheticsmt.com/providers/

I tried disabling all plugins and all animation features on the Showcase but nothing I do seams to work.

Have you guys seen gap issues on your Showcases and possibly know what it could be?

please make sure not to use any lazy loading features provided by other plugins. The theme has its own lazy loading. Also try to edit the showcase and turn off the softcrop of images.
