The latest version of Flatsome is always compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.

I see. Because your changelog doesn’t state the latest WooCommerce compatibility (I saw latest is until 4.8.0 for 3.13.0 as you always put its compatibility) hence my question.

There hasn’t been any template update after WooCommerce v4.8 release. Therefore, it’s not included in the changelog.

This is a very good theme. I am working on ecommerce similar type of store ( http://macmillermerch.net/ ). I will soon change my theme into this perfect theme for clothing and apparels. keep up the good work.

There is no option for column image background on ur UX builder. Yes can use css but what a pain this is if you have many products. The banner element is just useless when it comes to cover/contain size options.

There is no option for different padding/margin between mobile/tablet/desktop. You have to create separte rows/columns for each screen size if you want the padding/margins to be different. This is very poor. When compared to Elementor or Fusion builder this is simply way behind in terms of user experience.

The Featured image on the product pages keeps disappearing if swapping between UX builder and regular editor – what a pain.

Over all your builder needs some serious attention. And of course you want me to pay extra 40$ for support even though your theme and builder continues to be glitchy.

It’s about WordPress, not Flatsome. Animated gifs are broken after the necessary images are regenerated. But, there are some workarounds on the web. You can find and try one of them.

I am constantly having issues with the Insagram feed. Every time there is an update to the theme it disconnects. I just update the them and reconnect. However, this time i am getting a new error “Error validating access token: The user has not authorized application 380204239234502. ” i tried disconnecting and connecting again with no luck. How do i go about connecting again. thanks!

Hello, I am working for a client who has a website with your theme. For development I have installed a copy of the website on a siteground virtual website and another one on local. I need now to update the theme on these 3 environements but I can’t because I don’t have and I can’t generate any token. My client doesn’t know anything about the theme license. Could you tell me how I can update? I can give you the license number of the theme (but not here). I have tried to write a message (with more details) in the support section but as I am not the theme buyer my ticket was automatically closed. So, is there a solution? Thanks for the help.

Hi, I am not the theme buyer. The site owner has a valid flatsome license key but he doesn’t have a themeforest account, and he can’t write any ticket (he paid someone to buy the theme and make a website for him years ago). The tickets I wrote on the support page yesterday and today are automatically closed.

The person who purchased Flatsome must have transferred the license to its real owner. Please contact the site owner and tell them to take over the license. Otherwise, they will have to purchase a new license.

Hello, i love it this theme but, i have question. my file manager in Cpanel defected with malware virus. so i already build my website with flatsome theme. and now i need to delete the entire data from my file manager. the question is if i delete all data from file manager with flastome theme and then reinstall wordpress and also the theme, so i not lose 1 site user license??

You can add Youtube videos to products as you can see in this demo product page. If you want to display the video directly in the product image container, you’ll need a 3rd party plugin. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.

Layout selection depends on your needs. There are too many ready-to-use layouts in Flatsome Studio. RTL support is a WordPress feature and it’s automatically activated when you set an RTL language from the WordPress admin panel. About the custom HTML, yes you can add it as long as WordPress and WooCommerce let.

I keep getting this error when trying to re-register my theme ..

The token is valid, but the Envato user associated with it doesn’t seem to have purchased Flatsome. Double-check that you were logged in with the same user that bought Flatsome when you created the token.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log out from both build.envato.com and themeforest.com.
  2. Log in to themeforest.com.
  3. Check if Flatsome exists in the list of the purchased items.
  4. Navigate to this link.
  5. Log in with the same credentials as your themeforest.com account (which you purchased Flatsome).
  6. Create the token.

Hmm that’s odd, I only have one account .. and that seemed to work.. I can see both API keys on build.envato …
