Purchased this theme on 25/03/2021.
Having issue in install the theme, after install Elementor, Elementskit Lite, MetForm and Unyson plugin site didn’t work, It show critical error in website.
and i want default home page for my website also. pls tell me how can i do this,

i was upgrade the PHP version its now 7.4 and other requirements are also checked as per given but still facing same issue. Website critical error. Kindly provide me the proper solution. I have too finish this project within time line.

I am looking into purchasing the theme i would like to know if the theme capable of doing the following
1- Get the customer to enrol online 2- after enrolling “registering” to provide the customer with login details 3- id customer able to pay online as customer is registering or after completing certain task or after finalising the course. 4- what sorts of assessment i can add such as ” Quizzes / questioners and watching videos” 5- if customers able to upload the documentation to register or prior issuing the certificates 6- if customer is able to upload video and documents as part of assessments

3- id customer able to pay online as customer is registering or after completing certain task or after finalising the course.—-——well, currently it is depending on each course, customer need to purchase a course first then s/he can complete the task.
4- what sorts of assessment i can add such as ” Quizzes / questioners and watching videos” —-these options are available, admin/instructor can add quizzes, questions and videos.
5- if customers able to upload the documentation to register or prior issuing the certificates ———certificate option is not available, you can use learnpress add-ons for it.
6- if customer is able to upload video and documents as part of assessments ——-currently customer cannot upload videos/documents but if you(admin) give then permission as an instructor then s/he can upload new courses as s/he wants.

Hello, Does this theme supports automatic certificate generation after successfully course completion.? I don’t see anything regarding this feature.
LMS Features/Functionality should never be tied to a theme. It has compatibility with LearnPress, LearnDash and Tutor LMS Plugin.
Please, choose a LMS plugin and all the LMS plugins has option for certificate generation (Free or Paid).

Great successfully updated the theme and updated plugin Turitor Essentials to Version 1.6 
Sorry for the trouble, If I keep the Turitor Essentials plugin active: the homepage slider will get disappear, if I didactive Turtor Essentials plugin it works fine.

please does this support elementor pro? I usually get error loading a page when my elementor pro is activated but the page load fine when deactivated and open with free elementor,... 2) please you can integrate wpbakery for options if possible

2) The request of WPbakery is limited so it’s tough to build whole demo with WPbakery for 1/2 person.
2020/2021 is the market for Elementor. Hope you understand.

Since I bought this theme my life has been hell. I can’t submit a ticket because when i click on the support link and sign in, the theme doesn’t show on the list of themes. What am i supposed to do? Your recent update says you fixed the issues with elementskit pro but after updating the theme the site still crashes. Where on earth can I get support????

We released a quick fix on our themes. So, after the theme and essential plugin update, must clear browser and WordPress admin cache.
If not work, for now, please revert back to the previous Elementor version from Elementor > Tools > Versions > 3.0.9. (http://prntscr.com/xnt8uk)
I have updated the latest version of turitor and turitor essential plugin, elementor works correctly, what is wrong is the user access: the administrator is seen as a student and the student as administrator. Can you fix that? Anyway, I can only see the correct site in incognito browser mode, I have already cleared wordpress cache. Thanks!

Hi there, I built up my site using your theme ad it has an e-commerce function although not through learnpress as I’m didn’t need that. The pay-pal payment method works fine but not the one with stripe ( I can’t fill the field, the is not space for that) while if I switch to another theme stripes works fine.
