Please update the theme, it throwing JS errors and it get’s stuck on the loading screen unless you enable jQuery Migrate.

Hi,

Yes I am on the latest version of the theme (2.0.8) but still throws up errors and get’s stuck on the loading screen. I have cleared cache and no third party plugins are used, the only thing that fixes the issues is jQuery Migrate.

Recommend you to have a look at your scripts, something is working with jQuery 3.5.

Hi, I am about to change my existing theme to this theme, will i use my article view count? what can i do to retain them… View counts run in to thousands and i have spent years to get those views count, dont want to lose them

Thank you for reaching out, I hope you’re doing well. Which theme is the one you had where you were saving your view count? It really depends on how they saved this data. The view count will likely stay in the database, so maybe what you’ll need to do is making a script to move the count to the place where it’s used by Flatbase.

Issues I am facing

1) Purchase Code shows invalid when I try to raise a support ticket 2) I make changes to the home page default text, however, changes do not reflect on the theme, it still shows the default theme text

Thanks for the follow-up. I configured a purchase on your NiceThemes account, so the purchase code in there is not required, as I did it for you. We’re investigating why it could be failing. That’s an error on the site, and not the theme.

With regards to the 2nd item you’re describing. Can you please create a support ticket on NiceThemes.com where you can share your site details, and we will take a look. If you’re not able to create a new support ticket, try logging out and logging in again.

Can custom fonts be used in the theme?

Is the header background image customisable?

Also the version of your theme on Envato and your website is different. Are you not offering the latest version via Envato?

Thank you for the follow-up. Well, unfortunately, the theme is prepared to work with the custom post type. If you need to use posts for the knowledge base, you’ll need to apply some customization.

ok so for your blog/news menu,, we can use native blog wp right. ? if yes; can search field” search all keyword on blog/ news too or only in knowledge base? if with this search bar can search All keyword in website than i can use native post wp for blog. and your custom post for knowledge base, am i correct?

Pre-purchase question. Check the file here https://postimg.cc/HrRnbDVF . For the place I marked in BLUE, can put a sub-category under the main category. For example, in the place I marked with BLUE ink, the main category is called ‘billing.’ Under ‘billing’ can I put more categories like paypal, credit card, Western Union etc? And this new sub-categories will have their own blog posts and post counts. Secondly, the place I marked with RED color, can I remove the file icons there? I just think the file icons are too repetitive, I will like to remove them all. Can I do this?

1) You can have sub-categories there, but then you’ll see only the title of the subcategory there. The subcategory won’t have the post counts, you will need to customize that.

2) You can customize that with CSS.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. What do you mean by advanced search? The live search functionality in the search bar is based in the WordPress search functionality. And I guess any change you want to do there could be achieved by doing customizations and/or plugins.

Scrolling on the Homepage (even on the Demos) slows down hard, when I scroll down below the info boxes to the knowledge base listings.

It occurs only on Desktop Devices with full viewport using the scroll wheel. When I make the browser window smaller and the top menu morphs to the burger-style mobile menu, that behavior disappears.

It that on purpose? Is there a fix?

I use the most recent Chrome.
