1. Yes, it’s super easy, you can simply add the last updated Version and Date under Short Description or under the Description Tab or you can use Product Builder Functionality and create your own Product layout and then set it anywhere on the single product page as per your requirements.

2. This is simply just the CSS issue, you can solve it using Custom CSS or contact us via our support system after purchasing the Theme we will provide you the Custom CSS fix for it to you :)

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, With the new update, all our content blocks broke. Bakery Shortcodes are not recognized anymore, it’s just puts everything into text element. It’s there a automatically way to convert our existing bakery shortcodes to match your new templates builder? Thanks, Marius.

You should leave us the options to use your new template builder or use regular visual composer to create content blocks. Forcing us to use the new builder it requires to recreate all our existing content blocks, which sucks.

I need a little help, the SAVE button on WPBakery Page builder isn’t working, it does just nothing, i have updated to latest version but still the same issue…

First of all it shows nothing, then I have to click on any other menu like ‘slider navigation” to show the content then i can make the changes but it doesn’t save. no message is displayed when clicking on save…..

ok the issue has been fixed, after disabling elementor and clearing cache…

1. That is what I told you, you have to follow the same procedure, that showing in the given videos, and set your Menu’s as per your requirements, otherwise, try to import the same Demo and you will find the same Menu and you can configure as per your requirements.

2. Categories on the Archive pages have only 2 possible styles and you can configure it from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives.

And the link you shared, is the shortcode page of the Porto Product Categories element, you can achieve those styles using that particular element on any page as per your requirements.

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and click on any Demo, Then click on “Details” and check “Yes” to ”Import Element Pages” as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/cgSJ9sbD , It will Import all the shortcode pages on your site.

OR

If you only want that page to import then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will set that page for you on your site.

Hi again, thanks for qucik response, finally i was able to figure out menu, thanks for help. 2. I have added that demo content for sample categories but i still have the same hove and te same style of category slider, i think it is allowed to demo content i have imported but i dlike to chenge that. Settings from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives doesn’t work for me case. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, it shows every time when you refresh the page and this is the default functionality of that element and this is how it works, in order to achieve what you want is requires extra Customization.

hello are there any known issues that cause a product that is out of stock to still remain for the customer to view it? we selected the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” from the woocommerce> inventory and it is still showing the product with the message “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.”

It means the particular block is coming from Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks, you have to go there and finds and edit the particular block and change anything from there as per your requirements.

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single site/domain only, This is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from Envato as well.

Hey, I’m having trouble installing the wpbakery on my wordpress. I wasn’t able to update it so I deleted it, went through the porto wizard again and now I can’t install it becuase it sais (failed) Everything happened after the plugin deactivated itself because it needed an update.

The suport don´t is possible put ticket… always the login fail.. I receive email recover but don´t work too. I contract a new server host, and construct a new wordpress ZERO information. Nothing work with menu of port theme.. So, this not is a plugin or other problen with a old website… the problen is the theme. In LIVE PAINEL all is a beauty, but ou publish and don´t work nothing… all is missing, colors, menus in mobile…And only exist the theme in website now.

We’re still in development right now and nearly time to go live. I noticed that new product categories aren’t being picked up so I started looking into updates. The Theme gives an update error failed message. After a refresh everything looks right.

Afterwards though the Porto functionality does not update with an update failed message and therefore the website doesn’t look right.

I have tried updating the theme manually with FTP however the plugin still won’t update. I have restored a backup to take me back however the category issue still persists.

I’ve also tried deactivating the theme and reactivating it.

I can create a clone of this website for testing if that makes more sense?

Sorry to say that but there is no such option, you can increase the size of the image by clicking on ”+” only but you can achieve it with a simple trick you can make it disappear using Custom CSS, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
