I bought the Bridge theme via envato around two years ago for a website that was online for a couple of months, I have since closed the website and I will reuse the Bridge theme for another website again. But I could not find my purchase code. I tried to download template from download part of my themeforest account. But I could not find it there. How can I find purchase code?

My Bridge theme was on hosted services. Now on hosted services part of themeforest download area, there are two parts that one is “download theme” and other one is “show purchase code”. Download part is working but “show purchase code” button does not work. I tried it with different computers and browsers.

Thank you for answer. I read it before but there is no “License certificate & purchase code” area on my download page. My theme is under “Hosted Services” title not under “Your Items” title. And there is no active “License certificate & purchase code” button. There are “Download theme” and “Show purchase code” button. But “Show purchase code” button is not working. I am waiting for your answer.

We think you missed a step. Please click the ‘Download’ button next to the theme. Click ‘License certificate & purchase code’ – available as PDF or text file (please note that you are required to click Downloads from your dropdown first. If it does not appear please contact Envato on this matter.

- responsive.css mobile header bottom background color - I am trying to use a background image in the header but the header background color is set .header_bottom { background-color: #fff !important; } in the theme’s responsive.css file. How do I implement a header background image for mobile?

My support is expired but I am trying to reinstall wordpress on a new hosting server but I need to deregister the theme on the current server before installing on the new server and the space to enter my license to de-register won’t allow me type the code. Any help on this as the current host is having issues with emails and I need to move to a new server.

Hi, I meet a problem on Bridge with Pretty Photo wich not working on gallery images. I wanted to ask you this in the Qode Help. But it tell me that i can’t post because my licence is expired. It makes years i work on and propose Bridge for my clients and I have just installed this license number for this client’s site (The thing you need to know is : I buy license bundles and I install them each time I create websites for a new client who accept Bridge). You can verify that this licence number was not active before yesterday. Can you please, find me the solution for the issue i encountred.

Thanks for the URL, please note that all interactive elements inside of the split slider should be located on the left side, the left side pretty photo is working as we can see on your end.
You need to add all interactive elements, like links and forms to the left side of vertical split slider. They will not work on the right side. On the right side you can add images and regular text.

It’s like the hemispheres of a brain, there is a creative side and a cognitive side ^^
All kidding aside, the lightbox effectively works on the left and not on the right side. But when you say the links don’t work at the right, I put some in buttons and they works.
Besides in your demos there are links that work on gallery images.(bridge102)
Question? Why can’t we have a lightbox on the right side? Bug under development? What could be the reason ?
It would be really handy to be able to put these elements to the right to alternate the design.
