Hi, I can’t find how to show floating menu like this demo: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/elementor/resume/ . When I import demo, the menu hasn’t showed.

That Floating Menu has been created using Porto Floating Item element and that has been created as a block and it is used on ID’s of the rows, so please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check and create the Menu for you on your site, or try to Import the Demo again on a fresh new WordPress.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the particular third party plugin with our Theme officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, and also this third party plugin is not included in the third party plugins compaitable list confirmed from our end on item main page, so if you want to use this plugin you can try it with our Theme but at your own risk as we do not provide our dedicated support for any of the third party plugin confliction issue.

No need to use any third-party plugin for using the Demo, we have simply used Theme elements and page builders elements for creating the particular Demo :) Although if you want to use any of the third-party plugins you can use it.

How can i hide “my account” link for guests at the top bar menu? It’s always visible, but it should be visible for only members.

There are hardly any single item shop pages, parallax single items, and shop pages designed for small shops. All designs are for shops with extensive stock of hundreds/thousands of items. Any plans to add more options for fewer products/smaller shops? Also, any plans for integrating a nice layout feature for checkout cart option with price and shipping quotes?

It would be nice if Porto had temp licence while one is working on a design or trying the theme – to save the final licence for the final website.

You can achieve the bottom sticky Menu on mobile with any Demo by simply using the setting that I showed above.

And with Importing one demo, wants to use some sections of another demo then you can use Porto Studio: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-studio/ or you have to simply create those sections on your site by yourself or you can copy from one site to the other site.

I am developing a multilingual site and I would like to have a different header per language (button, image, menu … different). I tried to create 2 header using “Porto Template Builder” and Poly Lang Plugin.

There is an option to Set Condition at header and there specify single page or mulit pages to use header but if i will have hundred of pages maybe there is better solution for example use header for all pages after www.mypage.com/en/*

This seems to be your site any third party plugin confliction issue, please deactivate all the third-party plugins including the “JQuery Manager” plugin as well and check back your site after removing the browser cache, If this will resolve your issue then you have to activate all the third-party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customisation as well so that we will check it for you.

And you can only show the cart text below minicart icon if you are using the Header Builder to create your own header and place the HTML below cart element.

How to bound porto sticky setting to row only. Right now when sticky element is used in product page builder, it keep sticky till bottom footer, we want to stick only the row it was sticky. There is not even any document for this.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.
