First of all we’ve deactivated staging version theme activation code (Just as you adviced us one month before, when I asked you what is the right way for transferring changes to LIVE.) Then we need to activate the activation code on LIVE version. And we received the confusing error message YOUR IP ADDRESS IS BLOCKED AS SPAM!!! Could you please assist as soon as possible? Our e-shop can’t operate just with the half changes on it.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Yes, you can, you have to Install the WooCommerce plugin and then use the Porto Products element on your site home page and set it as per your requirements, it will work for you.
Regarding Minimum order of 6, This is not the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin, you can achieve it using variable products, like simply create variation of 6 product packge and more as per your requirements.
Otherwise you can try with any third party plugin as well which better meets your requirements.

Hi, I’d like to start removing a lot of unused css from the site as it’s adding too much bloat to pagespeed results.
I’m using a Child theme…. can you please let me know ‘what’ file I need to take from the main theme and place into the child theme? There seems to be multiple files in the css folders and I’m not too sure which is the one to edit and move to child theme?

First of all, you have to understand that none of the files is useless, all the files are using on the site and some of the files are also linked with one another, so if you want to transfer then you have to transfer all the files, otherwise, if you only transfer the single file then this requires Customization, you have to remove all the links with other files and you have to change the paths as well, so this is simply not possible using Theme Options.

There is a lot of code that is now useless, for example I do not use Revolution Slider, so there is no need for that to remain in CSS.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Hi, I have pre-sale question We bought business with old website (2016) and we want to re-do it. Site is build on Porto theme version 3.6, but we don’t have purchase code. Person whom it belonged to passed away. So we will buy new license for that, it is not the problem. I have read that 2 years ago you removed plugin Ultimate addon for Visual composer and replaced almost every element with Porto theme elements. My questions: is there an easy way to transfer to new Porto theme version ant it elements? First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress 
Look to be very clear, you have missed a lot of Theme updates in between your current running Theme version and the very latest version of the Theme, in which the design of the Theme has been changed and a lot of Theme elements/functionalities has been removed and added which dave not been possible to revert back without Customization.
So I suggest you start from scratch with the very latest version of the Theme and WordPress to avoid all the issues.
And we do not provide the Ultimate Addon For the WP Bakery plugin anymore as this has been removed from our Theme for the last 3+ years.

since update 6.0.5 Woocommerce add to cart and price elements no longer show while using the “custom” layout option (setting) in theme settings? worked perfect until updating it this morning? I have even tested with Porto theme also and same outcome (we use child theme also). Please advise if this is a bug?
If we use the ‘Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product > Default Layout’ with our child theme or the proto theme the price and add to cart work fine, so would appear to be linked to the “Porto Product Price” & “Porto Product Add To Cart” WPBakery Page Builder elements.

Thanks for the reply, the two elements do work with a completely new layout, but any existing single product layouts that we had in place no longer work even after replacing the two elements not showing. (Price & Add to basket)
Looks like a rebuild is needed my end for the layouts but this should not need to be done, the migration was screwed when the templates builder was introduced without any blocks & layouts migration in place and I suspect many more of these little “gotchas” will arise in the coming months from that oversight.
Support upgrade would be done if support was required, this is about the underlying fundamental product purchased being broken with the already included updates, this is just to flag the issue so your team can fix the broken product based on real-world user experience.

After installing the theme I have noticed that the logo doesn’t work on the sticky header even though its enabled and a logo uploaded, also tried on your demo here https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop2/ and its exactly the same.
I am assuming this skin layout has the logo otherwise it wouldn’t show in the admin to amend.

2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

When I change the Settings under Design>Theme Options>Skin>Main Menu (Font Settings) it will not be changed on the main site. It only effects the preview.

With the current settings the variations label and value are 2 different columns in 1 row, I would like to see the table somewhat different. So that the variations label is set in 1 row and variations value is set in 1 row…. So that you see 2 rows instead of 1?

When I add a product to the cart, there is in the description all the attributes of the product but at the end there is a line “VENDOR:” I don’t want it to be there, it’s not an attribute I don’t know how to delete it from the description in the checkout page. Also I deleted the VENDOR and MORE PRODUCT sections in the product page by adding a code in the function.php file but now after your intervention it came back. I don’t want these sections.

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site, and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.
OR
That might be the cache issue, please remove all sorts of server cache for a while till you are in the development process and then remove the site cache using cache plugins, if you are using on your site and then deactivate it and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

You have to make it possible using Custom CSS as this is not possible using Theme Options, Like, you want to change the color of the “About Us” menu item, inspect the page and took the ID of the particular Menu Item like:
And then simply you have to copy and paste that Custom CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and it will work for you.
