Hi there, I have a few pre-sale questions:
1. Does the listing type offer a single image, image galley, video, css code, external link, calendar and event listing options?
2. Is there a way not to have a banner on a single listing page? ex: no gallery, image or slideshow.
3. Under the listing types, is there a way to have categories set up under different pages. listing type #1 Gym listing type #2 Kids store have 2 different pages created? Almost like 2 different directories.
If no to any of these questions, is there a custom work options for a fee?

Description supports HTML not sure what you mean by CSS code.
Yes you can include external link.
We offer events listings and calendar if that’s what you mean by calendar.

Hola mucho gusto mi nombre es Camilo Roca de Chile mi consulta es la siguiente hace un tiempo tuve que traducir el tema Listingpro a mi idioma el Español, los archivos listingpro/ listingpro-bookings / listingpro-lead form y listingpro-plugin fue un largo trabajo día a día durante 1 mes ya que al efectuar la traducción automática del Inglés muchas palabras quedaban sin sentido. Había que darles un sentido, por eso un cliente acudió a mí para hacer este largo trabajo. Quiero saber si existe la posibilidad de yo poder ofrecer traducir este tema completamente al español a sus clientes o personas que quieran comprar este tema y otorgándole un sentido dependiendo de los términos que necesite cada usuario, ya que cada rubro es distinto y necesitará cambiar incluso algunas palabras dependiendo del uso que le den a la plantilla para personalizar su tema aún más. Bueno mi idea es poder ofrecer la traducción al Español. Creo que he visto muchas personas preguntar por la traducción en Español y esto les ayudaría a ellos a ahorrarse tiempo y mucho trabajo,a ustedes ya que más personas de habla hispana estarían entusiasmados en comprar su plantilla y a mí para ganar un dinero extra. I guess I should have asked if I can bulk import a time for “Open 24 hours” or “Closed.” Your sample image only shows days with times. But what if that day it was closed or if the business is open 24 hours?

Hi, in the item details I can see that the theme has options to choose different pricing plans. But I can’t see the options are from viewing the demo. I would like to know if you can set the plan to allow different for different numbers of listings. So you have Free: 1 listing, Basic gives you 5 listings for $10 per month, Professional: Gives you 10 listings for $15 per month. Is that possible, or can you provide me with a link where I can read more about it? Thanks

Hi. I bought ListingPro theme at the end of 2017 I think, for a directory website I never ended up building. Now it seems I’ll need to build a directory site and still want to use this theme. I downloaded the latest update (I think) from this site, installed it in WP, but I get an error when trying to go through the setup wizard. It looks like a bug.
Since I never installed this theme until now, can you please start my support from this month? Again, I have never used any support or contacted you before at all, because I never used the theme. (I’ve been building sites for 20 years anyway, so probably won’t need any support unless I run into bugs or technical issues, like I did on install.)
I tried writing privately about this, but got an email reply saying no one was going to read my message.

Hi there,
I would have a few questions.
1. I am trying to change the ‘Days off’ text to something else. Could you tell me where I can change this?
2. I have tried changing the text ‘Staple & Fancy Hotel’ in the Listing title on the submit form, but it always reverts back to the default ‘Staple & Fancy Hotel’. I tried changing it under ListingPro CC -> Submit form -> Listing Title. Where could this be changed, so it does not revert back to default.
3. Could you please tell me where I can change the placeholder text in the review box i.e. Example: It was an awesome experience to be there
I would assume the above three can be found changed in the same place.
4. On the front-end, categories are not appearing underneath the ‘Just looking around? Let us suggest you something hot & happening!’ Could you please tell me where this can be turned on?
5. How many levels of categories/locations does ListingPro support? I have created three a.k.a United Kingdom -> England -> London, but it only really feels it supports two levels max on the front-end. The categories seem to be jumbled up on the front-end. By that, I mean the categories do not follow hierarchy and subcategories show up before the primary categories.
