Hi, since having to manually upgrade (no notice of available upgrades prior to the recent hack and vulnerability identified in V2.5.6) I have managed to follow your online directions to upgrade from 2.5.6 to the current version 2.6.3, for the most part, things are fine.
The /blog/ section, more specifically when I try to navigate to this, is the only area causing a PHP fatal error: ```PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 33554440 bytes)```
Is this a known issue or a compatibility issue with the upgrade from 2.5.6 > 2.6.3??
Shocked that I have seen no update notices in the admin area for theme upgrades either until I researched the theme function hack issue.
Thanks and really want to give this theme a chance but unless this upgrade works the risks are too high.
FYI: 256MB (current memory limit) is plenty of memory for most websites before suggesting upscaling this.

I want to be able to add an option to let the visitor donate to the listing business. So along with all of the other info on the individual listing page, I want to be able to add a “Donate” button, is this possible with your Theme?

This function is considered the same as using the theme as a marketplace/ an e-commerce solution and it is not possible with ListingPro.
ListingPro is a Directory solution and not an e-commerce solution.
You cannot sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box, but you as an ADMIN can use any WordPress e-commerce extension that supports shortcodes and manually insert shortcodes on any page, individual listings (description box) or use widgets to show in the sidebar.
Listing owners can only showcase their products or services with the Menu management system. They can link it to an external page where they can sell the items but the transactions between the end users (visitor) and the business listing owner will not take place on the website.

Hi, I am looking at your theme. Great job.. btw.. but i have some presales questions.
1. This was mentioned before… but I see you have CLAIMED LISTING… which is great if you import listings and the business sees a listing and they want to take control and claim it. I am needing a VERIFIED LISTING feature… and have this located in the user dashboard admin so they can get a VERIFIED BADGE on there listing. So they can be an actual verified seller/ business. This boosts confidence for buyers in today’s world of sad fraud. Verified listing via email, photo id, facebook login and phone/sms (for different levels) Is this something you plan to add? Can I use a 3rd plugin? Or would I need a custom solution for this? I see this was previously inquired about and is pretty standard today for most things online. Please let me know your thoughts. As I would need this important feature to proceed with purchase.
2. I saw you blog post about your claim business listing 2.0. Does this claim only 1 listing or ALL listings and profile under that user account?
3. Profile page: Is that page part of the sign up process? Cant that page be added to the left menu on user dashboard so not hidden where logout button is? This is where the VERIFIED BADGE needs to be also.
4. Can you edit “text” in USER DASHBOARD menu? Is this accessible in Appearance> Menus?
5. Listing Archives (grid) when you show results. Can I edit the text and what is displayed there? Underneath the photo? If so how?
6. Do you provide support for CSS code and function.php snippets if needed?
PS… Doing further research… your solution is amazing but I still need the answers for above questions.. but I saw in your FAQs this is more of a directory vs classified solution… as they are very similar… would you not recommend this for classifieds? It appears to have most functionality… what do you suggest?

Our team had responded to your question via email. But I wanted to also post a response here with some additional details and clarification.
ListingPro includes TWO levels of coupons feature.
1. For Directory Admin to give a discount to Listing Owners to submit listings and get a discount on a pricing plan.
2. Allow Listing Owners to offer a Coupon/Deals to their visitor on the listing details page.

3. There is page builder (Elementor/WP Bakery) coupon elements to showcase the listings with coupons on the home page or other pages.
Go to our live demo and scroll down to Latest Deals: https://demo.listingprowp.com/
4. Coupons/Deals can be showcased on the listing details page as well as archive page (use appropriate listing card style from theme option). You can also have a dedicated page for listings with coupons by simply using the page builder elements as mentioned in point #3 above.
5. You can run multiple deals on the same listing at a time.
6. Currently there is no default filter option available for the archive page but you can add a custom field called COUPON or DEAL and also make it available via the Advanced Filter option. For more info see https://docs.listingprowp.com/knowledgebase/how-search-filter-work/
7. Currently you can offer a coupon code and count-down for when the deal expires. But there is no built-in option to print or claim the deal and display it to the user dashboard. The simple workaround will be to print the details page.

I need to know how to change the order on the date on the client panel, as it shows in English order. (Month / Day / Year), I need to set it to Portuguese version (Day / Month / Year). Please tell me a concrete way to solve this without the need for support, as this may be an internal issue on the site, it does not synchronize with wordpress data. Thank you Natyra for the information, i got 2 download buttons on the download page, Free Downloads button and $99 Dollar purchase button. what is the difference between the two options? is there any limitation of usage on the free download? Moreover non of the download buttons are working from my end, but still trying to achieve that.
Pre-sale:
I tested the demo and saw it loading very slow. I took time to get through the forum and found out your answer: cos it’s the demo server without customization as a real site.
So I have a question: why don’t you config the demo site (and the server options) to make it faster? So that we – potential clients – will absolute believe (no doubt) that this theme can be running very fast in reality?
If the demo can be performing really fast, it will be great – for both you and your customers, including me!

A lot of times users ask us why is your page speed slow (page load time). If you are asking this question you are most likely basing it on testing (PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix) one of our LIVE DEMOS (Example: classic.listingprowp.com). Live demos are for the purpose of the demo only. We do not optimize our demos for page speed. Page load time has almost nothing to do with the theme. Page load has everything to do with the hosting option, content, images, etc. For more details read the following articles. What should I do to improve my site speed?.

What I am mentioning here: Can you make your demo faster? (by doing something with your hosting option, content, images, etc as you said above), so that we believe this theme could run faster in reality, and we could buy with confident. Why don’t you do that?
