Hi, I am planning to use the theme for multiple languages (english, russian, armenian.) For the main content I will write them myself. What I want to know is:
1 – When a vendor adding their business/ products do they need to translate it themselves in case they want to show up in all languages? 2 – will there be an option to create subcategories (example – restaurant: fast food, pizzeria, cafe, etc) and accordingly each listing will go under appropriate section. 3 – Add listing: How does it work? people need to create account and log in first then purchase or they need to purchase a package when logging in? 4 – based on #3, if they can log in (create an account and not purchase a package) can they list anything or a package is needed for that? 5 – I see just one demo, are there any other?

With respect to your query here, when it comes to multilingual support you can use the WPML plugin or Polylang to create a multilingual-translations in your site. The theme is ready translated into many different languages, please review here, but we also rely on contributions from other users as well.
Yes it is possible to create sub categories for your listings within the theme.
The process of adding a listing depends on how you set it in the back end. You can have it to display packages before or after the login/listings adding process.
Yes this is possible if you have set the add listing option to be free without aany packages. But when you have packages on then they can not add a listing, not unless you have a package set to be free.
There is only the classic and the rentals demos at the moment.

Hi, when selecting a listing type in the case for the hour booking. I saw a calendar displayed on the listed properties, will this change for hour booking? Will this show the hour availability instead of the days?

With respect to your query here, Yes, when using a service like WooCommerce Bookings, this is not built into the theme but we have added styling support for the plugin in our theme, more details can be found from our KB here and then in the Booking doc here.

Is it possible to create custom form for each category that I add as a part of listings ? Have 20 categories, each around 20 fields, just basic ones are same (name, address, phone) but other fields are mostly different.

With respect to your query here, apparently this is not possible. We only have a single submission form where users can add their listings and select the category within the listing. You can then add fields of your choice to the form using the WPJM-Field Editor plugin.

It would be great if you guys fixed the mobile navigation. For years it’s stayed the same with the sub header nav. Should be an easy fix to tuck everything into the header so that people get some of the mobile real estate back.

Hi great theme, I would like to use it with WCFM Marketplace, is there a way to define hotels, with each hotel having several types of rooms? Can I also include for each room several options (e.g. with or without breakfast)?

With respect to your query here, Unfortunately, Listify does not support the WCFM Woocommerce Front End Manager. Right now we only support using WooCommerce addons like the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. Kindly note that Listify is designed as a Directory theme. Unfortunately it is not designed to be a Marketplace theme. You can use listing taxonomies to define your listing or use the WPJM-Field editor plugin to add more fields to your listing.

I am getting the same error. Notice: Undefined variable: instance in /inc/widgets/class-widget-home-cta.php on line 25 and the theme is broken causing my website not to load.

While I’m checking the demo I found that there were some errors or bugs that makes the filter and search fields doesn’t work properly

Pre-Sales question? I am looking to have a theme with the map as the homepage so users can search from the map as soon as the page loads, can this be done with this theme?

With respect to your query here, the listify theme only comes with the map embeded on the search page or rather the results page once a user makes a search using the filters on the homepage. Adding the map on the homepage may require some additional customizations.

Hi,
i am interested on buying the listify theme along with the WP Job Manager – Products.
I would like to make a list of stores and at each store i would like to show the products that are available at the specific store. All products would be added by the admin and will have the same price at all stores. As i can read here https://kb.astoundify.com/article/507-how-do-i-allow-vendors-to-sell-products-through-my-listify-powered-website/ this is possible.But i would like to ask you if it is possible to show the list of stores on the product page somehow and if you have any demo to check it out.
I am not interested in adding to cart and checkout functionality, i just want to show that these products are available at these stores and these stores have these products.
Thank you in advance for your answer. It’s important to me because i don’t want to invest time and money on something that will not have the functionality i want, although your products seem wonderful.

With respect to your query here, When you use the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin you can let your users be vendors. Allowing them to create bookings for their listing. By allowing users to create their own bookings and products using the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin, the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin at this time only allows for products to be created by users on the WooCommerce Product Dashboard and there is no front-end support at this time.
Although there is no front-end support for product creation code is not required for users to create bookings and products. You can only link these products to the listings you have created.

Hi,
I have a couple of questions prior to purchasing the theme to confirm if it will fit my needs.
Can you please confirm if following features are available (and if not, if customization would be possible to get those done)?
1. Users can register on the site
2. Users can post ads with items for sale
3. Users can post “looking to buy” items
4. Users can modify and/or renew their ad from their profile
5. Users can save ads from other people to their favorites
6. Users can save specific searches for future use (e.g. if they are looking for this model, in this price range, location… they can save all the settings to their profile instead of filling in the form each time)
7. Users can sign up for e-mail notifications for the specific search criteria so they get a notification when an item they might be interested in shows up.
8. Users can “follow” an ad and get notifications when e.g. the listed price has changed.
9. User can search the ads by location, but not only by country but region e.g. Europe / European Union (which would show all listing from relevant countries e.g. France, Germany, Spain and so on), North America, Asia etc.
10. Item categories can be customized on various levels e.g. 1. Type -> Brand -> Model. Is there any limit to the custom form fields that can be added for the item and search?
11. Possibility for users to post free ads or premium (paid) ads. Possibility to create a premium (paid) subscription.
12. When adding an ad, specific details about the item can be prefilled from the system based on the model selected. E.g. If i selected model “XYZ”, it would automatically prefill other sections of the form like size, weight based on the information we have in the database etc.
13. Does the template include all the features showed in the demos or the demos include any premium plugins which would need to be purchased separately (if yes, what are the plugins and prices)?

- There are options for categories and labels but to include custom fields you would need the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.

- You may need a couple of free plugins and paid plugins for the them to work as per the demo.

Hello, there is an error when you click over categories on home page the first choice is activated and you cant chose something else. Also is there some bundle on Claim listing and Listing Payments?

With respect to your query here, could you please ensure that you are using the latest update downloaded from Themeforest and not other sources? If this does not help ensure that you troubleshoot your theme with conflict issues as well. You can use the Health check troubleshooting plugin to achieve this. You would have to buy the two plugins separately to install them to your site. If you would wish to bulk import your listings we do recommend using the WP All Import plugin to achieve this. You can check out this doc on how you can do it.
