I noticed that with Easy Digital Downloads, TheGem doesn’t support responsive CSS to work with their default 3-column layout for product display. Is that something that you are able to support?

Hi, in the “extended grid” skin “alternative” we need only one column, but in the module we can choose 2, 3, 4 or 100%. Is it possible to have only one column? Thanks

I have purchased the theme a while ago and built a site in ver 4.5.3 with it using BPB. IF I update the theme now and use Elementor to change existing pages, will I need to start from scratch?

The “Clients” module has simply vanished from our homepage, even though it still is configured properly in the backend. I cannot find any other way to reach you since the support period just expired. I received a message that I needed to purchase an extended support license, but there was no information on how to do so. Now we have a website that only half works, even though we didn’t do anything to adjust it.

Could you please advise us on what might have happened and how to fix it?

I have an issue on home page and on home page menu items are not working . and another issue is that I have set Top header design which is showing perfect on home page and different on all other pages…. I have raised my ticket too but your agent keep extending the days till my liscence got over. Please help, as you dont have any documentation to fix the same, Also, i beliwve that its a bug that apprears after your liscence period is over.

After upgrading to the latest WooCommerce version (5.0.0), one of The Gem theme template files (order-details-item.php) of WooCommerce doesn’t appear to be working correctly.

The error notices are displayed on the frontend: 1. “Notice: Undefined variable: cart_item” 2. “Notice: Undefined variable: cart_item_key”

I could create a custom workaround using my own template file, but to avoid spending an unnecessary amount of time on this, I was wondering if this issue will be addressed with the next update of the theme and if you could provide us with an estimate as to what date we would be able to expect this release.

Hello, i have an urgent problem with the post settings and featured post – When creating a new post, post settings are not displayed (footer, extras, menu etc. are displayed), and also the featured picture is shown inside the post under the header and i can not deactivate it in the content&sidebar settings and like i said the post settings are not displayed.
