Is there any way to run the knowledgebase from word press posts rather than knowledgebase posts. the knowledgebase posts aren’t even detected as content so they will never be indexed by google

As you can see the pages are all indexed (including single knowledgebase posts).
In terms of indexing there is no limitation from our theme and the posts should be indexed normally.
Note: Make sure that the search engine visibility is not checked (if you want your website indexed by search engines – https://i.imgur.com/X5ZOIZx.png )

Can multiple manuals/knowledge bases be created and also managed independently on the backend? In other words, are the pages in the admin managed separately for each manual or are the pages all together?

Hi,
I just updated but the sidebar has dissapeared from the knowledgebase category list page. The sidebar is there in the sidebar section.
I cannot find the setting for it knowledgebase in the theme panel also.

First of all try the following solution:
1. Edit your category page and check if the left side has something on it.
2. Our latest recent update included a new feature: automatically listing of all of the categories and all of the KB articles. Because the old shortcode was adding the KB articles and their categories manually.
3. This is what you need to add on the left side in order to automatically list all the KB categories and all their KB articles: https://i.imgur.com/ld2tzh4.png
Note: Make sure that ModelTheme framework is updated as well as the theme.
Note 2: Backup everything before each theme/plugin update.

That sidebar is now gone.
All plugins are up to date and the theme too.

1. Go to theme panel -> and check what sidebar is selected. By default this sidebar needs to be selected: https://i.imgur.com/7eaitFO.png
2. Go to widgets -> and find that sidebar, and simply add this shortcode in a html widget: https://i.imgur.com/Oh6KfBC.png

Is the ModelTheme Knowledge plugin active?
It was active but had not been updated.
I did not see clearly that an update is available like it normally shows in WP.
I have updated and the sidebar has come back now.

Because theses plugins are bundled (and does not come from wordpress.org) you will only see the Update Required under the plugin’s name.
The updates can also be checked at Appearance->install plugins (this menu link only appears when there are plugin updates) otherwise you will not see it
