When I come to import the demo data, it doesn’t have an import button. I need to manually do it within WordPress importer. When I do this, the mages don’t come across. Also, It keeps asking me to activate wp Bakery but there is no licence key. Is this provided?

as you know following the Envato rules all themes here on Themeforest are sold without images, they are for preview only. Themes with included images simply are not allowed to marketplace. Well all the authors replace images with image holders for easiest work with them. Well you just need to replace the image holders with your own images. But small trick here, we can’t include images in theme package but you can download them from our preview.
Regarding the WPBackery plugin you can request updated version at any time from our support.

we used Contact Form 7 plugin. Sure you can get exactly the same style as in our preview. Most simple way is to import demo data. In this case you get the same website structure as in our preview.

it was disabled by default, so you can enable it from theme options page. Also you can use default wordpress importer. All demo data files are included with theme package.

I have a problem when I try to import demo content to Jack Theme.
The Import Demo Data option doesn’t appear in the Appearance menu, and I did it importing the demo-data.xml by the WordPress default importer. But unfortunately, it doesn’t work.

you need to enable this option firstly from Theme Options Page.
Or you can use default wordpress importer, it does absolutely the same thing.

I’ve got an issue about Header. I’ve put my logo image, that is the same of the second logo image.
When I scroll down there is two logo one beside other.
I can’t understand how to fix it. If I remove the second one if I scroll I can see the Jack Theme Logo.

mobile devices doesn’t support autoplay video. Some android devices can play it, but most devices display just an image. This is done in order to save traffic. Sure you can force it but out of the box as I wrote it display just a cover image.

You can use default wordpress importer it will import exactly the same things. More about import process you can learn in our theme documentation. There we have some instructions with screenshots. I hope it will help you a lot.

The Wordpress importer unfortunately, create only the pages without style. About the import process of theme documentation as I’ve said we don’t see the import button.
