I wish I could include a screen shot here, but I am not able to edit the theme with the live editor at all in spite of importing the demo data. I am not able to preview any changes, and it’s not even updating the logo.

I try to build a post carousel on a page and I get the following error when I visti the page
plugins.min.js:50 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘chrome’ of undefined at plugins.min.js:50 at plugins.min.js:50 (anonymous) @ plugins.min.js:50 (anonymous) @ plugins.min.js:50
The result a broken ‘thing’ with grey loading images and no carousel at all.

I would just like some guidance on how to override the WooCommerce Single Product title file. I’ve followed the instructions from WooCommerce themselves by copying the overridden file to a new folder in the theme directory (I also tried the Child theme directory first) etc. But i’m not seeing the changes on the product pages. I’m using the product page template for WP Bakery but I don’t think that is causing the issue. I simply want to change the product title tag from an H1 to and H2 tag. Can you assist?

Hi, I hope you are well. Ever since the new WP update to version 5.6.1 I am completely unable to edit the site. The homepage frontend has changed to become super zoomed in portfolio items and the backend is loading as if it is incomplete, with all the content being squashed to the left hand side and no button clicking is working either. Hello, we are having an issue with multiple sites that use your theme. We aer seeing that multiple photo sizes are being added when uploaded, causing a drain on the resources. Not sure how this is happening or how to fix it.

When you upload an image to WordPress, it generates three image sizes by default (the thumbnail, medium, and large). It’s default WordPress functionality.

There is a problem in Theme options using the latest version of the theme (1.5.3) and the latest version of Wordpress (5.6).
There seem to be a few minor glitches but the main one is in ‘Header Builder’. The section where you can drag and drop header elements is missing – it shows the Desktop, Tablet, Mobile options however the section under that is missing. When you select the header bullder header in the page header options, the header is blank.
I have an older version of the theme (1.5.1) running on a slightly older version of wordpress (5.5.3) and the header builder works fine.
It looks like others are having similar issues, can you please post a reply with some helpful information or an idea when a patch might be available rather than just referring me to the ticket system then that would be helpful for me and others.

I’ve installed the Native them 1.5.3 on a Wordpress 5.6 / PHP 7.4.14 The header builder thing is not working, it works but the added elements are not shown in the preview, if we take a preset same happens the preview says loading template and then stays empty. Browser used is chrome

Only thing I got from support is that the problem is not fixable at the moment… Not so much help…. Seems this is not 5.6 comaptible…

Hello dear developers. Thanks for the great work. Only since update V 1.5.3. My website is not working as it should. (something with the header or loading java (i tried to turn of all plugins, same result).
