Hello, unfortunately, I can not address a support ticket. I logged into that help center platform that you have but I do not have that submit a ticket button. I have a series of issues with your theme. In the first place, it is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress so I had to downgrade it. (for example – using Firefox as a browser won’t let the user pass the preloader that you have. Even downgraded WordPress to the compatible version that you have listed of the website won’t let me remove the preloader) The second one, the Custom SVG icons that I put in the Amenities, are displaying fine on the single room page, but not on the all rooms page (domain.ex/room). I discovered more issues but I won’t list all of them here. I would like to get your support. Thank you!

Hi, one more question : it is possible to desactivate your booking (calendar…) and payment system ? Because we would like to add a HTML code with our own calendar from Smoobu because we use this website to connect all our reservation (from booking.com, airbnb, ...).

No, unfortunately not. Booking is integrated part of the theme that can be managed within your WordPress installation only.

If you want to organise the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files, as there is no option to make a reservation request other then through our booking form.

You can add custom HTML with the Custom html widget or a button on a landing page if you wish that, however as we mentioned if you want to organise the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files, as there is no option to make a reservation request other then through our booking form.

Hi, some questions before buying : 1) It is possible to use the template if we only have ONE house to rent (= si it will be a website for the house = we don’t rent rooms like an hotel)

2) It is possible to connect the calendar with Smoobu (because we also rent the house on Airbnb, booking…) ?

1. Room is our custom post type and you can create Single room page to serve as showcase for your house, it does not have to be rooms rather you can add all the information in the Room and simply change the Room slug within the options.

2. No, unfortunately not. Booking is integrated part of the theme that can be managed within your WordPress installation only.

3. Yes, the Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.

The customer that book a room do get a notification mail once they go through the purchase.

4. All our themes are compatible with WPML plugin and you can read more about it here.

hello, is there a way to remove the calendar and weather features inside a room? I try to deactivate it inside the settings and I have no luck… I need to add something else there and it seems that there is no sidebar assigned there

Hi,

It seems something goes wrong with the preload spinner. When you choose no preload you get a blank page, but if you view the source the site has been downloaded.

If you select anything non textual then you see the site but without the slider, altthough the site is fully loaded.

In text loader seems to be OK, but sometimes not in firefox.

It started happening after wordpress update.

I cannot open a ticket because my support has been expired, so I would like to ask you if you have in your demo one page without spinner and one with non textual spinner to see if it works. I hope your demo runs the latest WP version.

Hello, After updating to WordPress 5.6.1, the fields for selecting the number of adults, children and babies in the booking form stopped working. When I click on them, they open and close immediately. I added a plugin recommended by WordPress for such problems and everything was fine, but since I use WPML to translate the site and to change currencies. When the site is in its English version, the currency is in euros and when in Bulgarian it is in BGN. Now everywhere the currency is the lev. What can I do to fix the problem. I repeatedly try to change the logo but it does not change on the home page. In the internal pages where the menu is horizontal everything is ok but on the home page it does not change. I put it both in the topic and in the wordpress itself, but still nothing happens. Can you help a little with this problem? Greetings

Not sure if anyone experienced this but when I saw my System Info wasn’t compatible I made some changes on PHP Post Max Size, PHP Time Limit, PHP Max Input Vars, Max Upload Size on my Cpanel. Hello I am interested in your theme but have some questions before I commit: 1) is your theme compatible with WPML multilanguage theme? I need to translate everything into Italian 2) I see Woocommerce comes bundled and is used for booking but I need to set up a “normal” online shop as well, with products that will be posted – is this possible or have you overridden woocommerce in order to do the booking functionality? 3) I hear that your availability calendar is hard to use as you have to input dates as strings (or similar) – do you have plans to make this interface easier? Thanks for taking an interest! 1. All our themes are compatible with WPML plugin, as well as they are fully translatable and you can read more about it here.

2. Yes, the Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose. And you will also be able to use WooCommerce for your regular shop.

3. We are not really sure what exactly you refer to. So when a room is booked i and if the order status is processing or completed then it will not be available. Availability will be changed if the order of the Room is competed or processing. If it is somehow cancelled then you will see all orders in Woocommerce > Orders or Allegigion Room > Booking, as well as get a notification about the cancelled room, but you will need to change the status of the order to canceled on your side.

hi thanks for answers. To explain a bit more: I don’t want to use your booking system for now. I do want to build a shop though. So your answer to 2) explains I can use it as a normal woo commerce shop. My question 3) was about the calendar… my client wants to have an availability calendar but without using your booking system so she will need to go in and manually block out dates when she has received a booking over the phone. Can she do this using your calendar? Also I hear that your calendar interface is difficult to use to block out dates as you need to add dates as strings (or something) – has it changed? How does a client block out dates in your availability calendar? thanks

Yes, you can use the WooCommerce shop functionality for your shop.

In our Room single page, using our reservation form you do have an option to fill in the custom reserved dates when the room will be not available.
