Hi. Im looking to create a business directory / daily deal site. Is it possible to have a section where it only shows the deals offered by businesses. That would be out primary focus. Also, Is it possible to charge the businesses for posting offers? Or charge the user to receive a voucher for the offer bought through our website?

With respect to your query here, yes you can display the deals offered by the listing using the theme, however, you might require additional paid plugins like the WP Job Manager-Products plugin. Also to ensure that you charge users who post these listings you require the Listing Payments plugin to achieve that.

Here’s another possible solution:
Im looking to create a business directory / daily deal site. I think I can accomplish this by using this template for the business directory, them using woocommerce products to publish the deals (under us, the website owner).
Is there a way I can display ine of our woocommerce product under a particular business listing? And the business details within a specific product?
Keep in mind that the products are ours, the admins, and not the business listed. We are just displaying one of our products on a their businesses listing page.

With respect to your query here, labels can be displayed in the listing submission page. This page does act as the registration page for users as well. Thus for this users can only choose which label to classify their new listing on.

Hi, 1. can I use the theme as a marketplace so vendors can add their products with price also? 2. On the mobile, I see the loading circle icon permanently – it does not load any results 3. With respect to your query here, No this is a listing directory theme, if you prefer using as a vendors platform I would recommend the Vendify theme. The theme is designed to load the listings once you select one of the filters. The site listed here does not seem to be using the Listify theme. Could you confirm this.

Hi, there’s a conflict with woocommerce. On the order validation page, I can’t modify billing fields. But this problem exists only on responsive mode (on a computer it’s ok). I deactivate all my plugins, nothing change. And when I use an other theme it works. Thanks

Man this theme has an error. The error is that the stylesheet is missing and there is also a error in the “class-setup.php”. And you guys keep saying we should download the installation copy.
I did that and I still get this error. I wish you guys would fix this.
I can’t even put in a ticket because am developing locally and you guys need all these required field to submit a ticket.

Thanks, I got my theme up and running in a production environment.
However, my Listing is not showing up on the Listify Map. According to your documentation on the page below all listings should have a custom field to enter geo location. This is not appearing in my listing data.
All I see is company address and contact information in the Listing data.
I don't see any place to add LatLng coordinates or geocode for listings, no custom fields.Can you please chime in?

Hi, I am planning to use the theme for multiple languages (english, russian, armenian.) For the main content I will write them myself. What I want to know is:
1 – When a vendor adding their business/ products do they need to translate it themselves in case they want to show up in all languages? 2 – will there be an option to create subcategories (example – restaurant: fast food, pizzeria, cafe, etc) and accordingly each listing will go under appropriate section. 3 – Add listing: How does it work? people need to create account and log in first then purchase or they need to purchase a package when logging in? 4 – based on #3, if they can log in (create an account and not purchase a package) can they list anything or a package is needed for that? 5 – I see just one demo, are there any other?

With respect to your query here, when it comes to multilingual support you can use the WPML plugin or Polylang to create a multilingual-translations in your site. The theme is ready translated into many different languages, please review here, but we also rely on contributions from other users as well.
Yes it is possible to create sub categories for your listings within the theme.
The process of adding a listing depends on how you set it in the back end. You can have it to display packages before or after the login/listings adding process.
Yes this is possible if you have set the add listing option to be free without aany packages. But when you have packages on then they can not add a listing, not unless you have a package set to be free.
There is only the classic and the rentals demos at the moment.

Hi, when selecting a listing type in the case for the hour booking. I saw a calendar displayed on the listed properties, will this change for hour booking? Will this show the hour availability instead of the days?

Is it possible to create custom form for each category that I add as a part of listings ? Have 20 categories, each around 20 fields, just basic ones are same (name, address, phone) but other fields are mostly different.

With respect to your query here, apparently this is not possible. We only have a single submission form where users can add their listings and select the category within the listing. You can then add fields of your choice to the form using the WPJM-Field Editor plugin.

It would be great if you guys fixed the mobile navigation. For years it’s stayed the same with the sub header nav. Should be an easy fix to tuck everything into the header so that people get some of the mobile real estate back.

With respect to your query here, Unfortunately, Listify does not support the WCFM Woocommerce Front End Manager. Right now we only support using WooCommerce addons like the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. Kindly note that Listify is designed as a Directory theme. Unfortunately it is not designed to be a Marketplace theme. You can use listing taxonomies to define your listing or use the WPJM-Field editor plugin to add more fields to your listing.
