The porto theme says there’s access to 1500 font awesome icons, but when I try and select an icon for one of the Porto Info Boxes I’m using on a page, I only get access to 132 of the Font Awesome icons. Why??
I figured out what was going on here… We were using some the “optimize font awesome” setting in the speed optimization wizard. Apparently turning that on killed the icons we were using on the site. Turning off this setting brought them back.

Hi, I’m looking for a theme with 2 specific characteristics for a architecture products company: 1.- To be able to show projects (for example hospitals and hotels) bellow each product page (woocommerce page) so I can see where this product was used. (I already ask this previolusly and you say yes) 2.- Be able to add multiple files to download in each product page (technical files and cad files)

Yes, you can achieve it easily using Porto Blocks, you have to create a block and set hotels and hospitals in it as per your requirements, now copy the block slug name and go to Products and edit the particular product, you will find the option of content-bottom, you simply have to paste the copied block slug name in it and it will work for you.
2. This is the default functionality of WooCommerce and our Theme does not have any influence on it, you can read more and all about downloadable products here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/ or you can try with any third party plugin as well, which better meets your requirements.

For Elementor Full included:
You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the theme update.

Hi there. Is your theme already fully compatible with Elementor and Elementor Pro, meaning it can be fully edited using Elementor? I ask because some time ago I was stopped from buying your theme after seeing a comment saying that for some elements of your theme we would need to use other page builders, such as the horrible WPBakery one. I like the designs of your theme a lot and the Porto Studio, much like the Flatsome Studio, but for Elementor instead of their own builder, is very interesting, but it only works for me if it’s a hundred percent usable with Elementor. Since the last time I saw those comments was more than a year ago, I wonder if by now you would have had enough time to fully adapt your theme to work with Elementor.

Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and you will find the Header Builder select from there as showing below:
When you go to Header Builder, you will find a block set there:
It means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to Blocks and finds the particular Block, edit it:
Now change/set the color by editing the particular element under Design Option as showing below as per your requirements.

Fix Empty Searches: The default search function is not redirecting the homepage if someone hits the search button unintentionally, without any term entered, showing all the products with no message. I want it to return a “sorry your search returned no results” page.

First of all, you have to understand that there are 2 searches in our Theme.
1. Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search 2. Theme default Live Search
And how both works, please read the below given article:

Now, With Live search when you enter it will show the result as you wanted.
But with Yith WooCommerce Ajax search this is not possible, It will show all the products when the search result not matched… This is the default functionality of the plugin.

Only single lower case words works in variant links for example https://website.com/someproduct/?attribute_color=blue works. The same link with Blue (uppercase B ) won’t work or with more than one word, for example “blue marine” (blue+marine) won’t work either even if it’s lower case . I tried switching Variation(Attribute) Selection Mode to “Select Box”, it still didn’t work. I tried a different theme, and it was working fine, so definitely from the theme. Please let me know what’s going on. Thank you!

I think in your website you’re using a different feature/plugin than mine. In your website here: http://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/wpbakerydemo-for-aizaz/product/porto-sticky-info/ Indigo I think when in data-value=”indigo” since indigo is lowercase and one word, it is working, try “Indigo” or “indigo two” (uppercase I or two words) and see if it’s gonna work. I don’t know why in your website the data-value works and is different that the text (on your website: data-value=”indigo”: indigo is lowercase but in the text the I is uppercase) If you look at my website http://bit.ly/2OK7WZn because data-value=”Magma Red” and the text is the same Magma Red. maybe if somehow it was data-value=”magma-red” then it would work but it’s not. First of all, we are using Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin, the one came with the Theme package, for Filtering reason…
If you are not using this plugin then try to contact the plugin author, the one you are using on your site.
Now, with the one we are using on our site, whether we wrote Capital Letter for Attributes or small, it always took the small letter and this is the default functionality of the plugin, our Theme does not have any influence on it. so please try to reach out to the plugin Author for further help on this.

Hello. I already have a Porto license, for my women’s store, and I am thinking of purchasing one for myself. I liked the demo “Porto Shop 12”, however, the images and banners do not work responsively, being cut (main banner, orange banner) and presenting icons out of place. Is there a solution to these problems? If not, could you suggest another demo that does work well on cell phones? I would like to have an attractive and well made banner for my website, but if it doesn’t appear well on the phone, I don’t see a reason for it? Thanks

This is not coming from our Theme but this is coming from the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Wishlist plugin, so you have to translate it into the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Wishlist plugin language files and it will work for you:
