Hi Guys, I have had this theme installed on my site for a while now and have had lots of different little glitches. One that keeps happening, is the EDGE theme options menu bar keeps disappearing in the Dashboard.
I have no area or access to the theme’s main customization settings! It’s just gone! This happened a few months ago, I contacted support (you guys made me purchase extra support which I did) the issue got fixed, and now it’s happening again!
And with this also, the site’s logo only appears on the Home page…and not on the inner pages.
I have no idea what’s going on, and I would appreciate prompt assistance to get this resolved as soon as possible. I cannot pay for extra support – this is ridiculous – Why are the EDGE Main Customization area disappearing?
I’ve never seen this with other themes in the past.

For main theme options to be available it’s necessary to install and activate Edge CPT plugin. Just navigate to Appearance -> Install Plugins and here you can see the list of all plugins that should be installed or updated.

Extract it and locate goodwish.zip
Extract goodwish.zip and locate the goodwish folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the goodwish folder to the /wp-content/themes/goodwish folder of your web site.

Hello there. I tried to submit a request in your help center, but it doesn’t allow me cause the support is expired. I need anyway still help to update the theme. I downloaded Envato Plugin, I created a token and I linked the website to the account. As usual, after doing so, the Envato PLugin shows a window where all the themes I purchased are listed. But here the problem: usually, in other websites I used this plugin, the theme active in the website, shows a warning of update available and then I update it easily. In this case, nothing happens. Here the thing: the theme in my website is still the first release, the 1.0 and the name of the theme was still GOODWILL. I noticed that, after the 1.0 version, you changed it to GOODWISH. Could it be this the problem? If this is the case, how can I update the theme, finally? Thanks Regards

The main menu on the home page’s text is white. When it’s a sticky menu it’s still what against a light background. Where do I change the color of the menu? It’s main color and it’s rollover color.

Menu items are always being displayed as white since the ‘Header Skin’ option is set to ‘Light’ in the Edge Header options on the page ( please see screenshot ). It’s necessary to leave this option unset (empty), so menu color options set in Edge Options -> Header could apply.

I created my own blog post and deleted the demo post because I don’t need them. But all your demo blog pages are not showing the post. They all say “No Posts Were Found.” The easiest thing for a blog page to do is show a blog post. Why aren’t your blog pages showing my post?

I encounter error after error with this theme. I love it, but it’s challenging for someone who is not technically savvy. I bought the Goodwish theme a few years ago and when I try to update, and I have a token on the site, it gives me an error for the WPbakery plugin. It says Error 522 and displays the Browser: Working, Cloudflare: Working, Host: Error. Don’t know what this means. I contacted my hosting provider, and they couldn’t fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Al importar el tema demo Goodwish la carga no finaliza. He probado varias veces, y nunca llega al 100%. He revisado la configuración como detallan en su vídeo de youtube de Quode Interactive en los comentarios y no he conseguido que funcione. Tengo la versión PHP 7.4 que es la última, puse estas características:
max_execution_time = 300; límite de memoria = 128 M; upload_max_filesize = 128M; post_max_size = 256M;
Instalé todos los plugin menos estos 3:
⋅ A – WPBakery ⋅ B – Slider Revolution ⋅ C – LayerSlider
Y a partir de ahí, la importación no se realiza. He intentado con la importación XML y he sido incapaz, ya que las carpetas wp-content \ plugins \ wordpress-import \ class-wp-import.php no existen o no las encuentro donde deberían estar.
Necesito ayuda urgentemente. ¿Cómo soluciono este problema?

There were some bugs created with the latest version of Wordpress 5.6. Specifically, when trying to upload content images to a page via EDGE page editor the gallery doesn’t show and wp.media is undefined despite wp_enqueue_media being called. Also, when trying to change the EDGE Event page layout from Default to Custom nothing populates for the custom layout. I would like the current 1.4.1 version of EDGE CPT to try to resolve this.
