1. Once you upload the theme you do have an option to import the demo content which will give you access to all the pages and their settings which you can customize to your needs. You can for sure choose any page to be your Frontpage.

2. Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

3. The theme is built with the free version of Elementor which is really more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our website demo. You do have a choice to choose between Elementor demo import and WPBakery demo import as well.

4. You can check our theme documentation as well as our video tutorial for more information about the theme features.

Our agent stated that this can be achieved with custom css, but it will not look good, due to the lack of space on the mobile display. If you still want to display the widgets in the mobile header, you are welcome to submit another ticket, and one of our agents will provide you with the code to do so.

But of course I want it to look good. Hence why this theme is not suitable for mobile…

The way it was phrased above was that things may be being displaced but now I am being told it just won’t look good.

You mean to say eCommerce sites such as ASOS.com don’t have a well functioning navigation bar at the top of mobile devices?

If customers cannot login, check cart, see Wishlist on mobile, what good is that for a shopping experience?

Unless these can all be added and look good, I want a full refund as your previous above comment was extremely misleading

Please remove the HTML tags from the description excerpt text and place only the text in the excerpt field as described here.

All inputs like excerpts in blog posts, input fields for shortcodes, input fields for page options, etc don’t accept HTML input. It is important to note that this is a coding standard for all WordPress-related assets and if it was the other way around, a theme or a plugin wouldn’t pass strict Envato Market tests because of a security omission. So basically the only solution for this would be to use text only in a short description.

Thanks for taking an interest! The theme is compatible with the YITH WooCommerce Quick View plugin and YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin which is used for this purpose. So you will need to install some YITH 3rd party plugins in order to get these features within the theme

You can choose to enable zoom magnifier however the image will open in a lightbox. If you wish to extend this behavior you can consider using some WooCommerce official extension perhaps.

I submitted my ticket 2 days ago and i waited for 24 hours to get an answer like¨”give me more details about the problem”. I answered after 15 minutes and i am still waiting today. Nearly 24 hours have passed and and i am still waiting.
