Hello, I did not get answer to my support ticket :( The agency demo is not available. Can you please get it installed? I have sent my login details. I bought this theme, so I could use the agency template and it is not available.

Hey, could you please help with custom taxonomy filter? We’ve added custom taxonomies with the CPT UI Plugin. But when entering the name of the taxonmy, the portfolio filter is still empty. I’d appreciate your help. Best regards!

hello. we have a problem with your theme Ark, when the plugin Advanced Custom fields is active.

at the comments area, the field in which the comment should be written becomes inactive. why? is there a setting in your theme?

Please, test the plugin at your server. Make a custom field and add the location rule like in the printscreen. You’ll see the inactive message field..

That particular theme uses Revolution Slider to build the header hero area. We are bundling the same plugin with Ark too so you can use it here just as well.

TheArk template is the best template I’ve ever tried. It is complete, flexible, very comfortable. With a little practice it allows you to quickly build any layout. If the site contains many images, I prefer to disable Freshizer which slows down. For now, after so many years, it’s my favorite template. Thank you.

The problem with this theme, is it STRAINS hosting resources. The website not only slowed down significantly, but, it ended up not working anymore and I got caught up in loop loading and 500 Server Errors. My hosting company determined it was Ark and its plugins which is sad, because Ark is the ONLY theme that is literally extremely easy to use and good looking.

Hi, I can’t contact you in other ways because each link to your website sends me a malware attention message (screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/6092756?key=20ec9c24b8628cbef413b46b53fb025f) I ordered the theme on Friday and I can’t access the online documentation due to the message above. Also, I can’t access the website for support because it doesn’t accept my license key. I sent you a message on your website contact form to tell you all these, but no answer… So nothing works from the start and it’s very frustrating and I want my money back.

You need to configure your (ASUS?) router to not show this information. It’s a feature you either want active or not.

hello. i’m interested if you can help us with a small modification. we need to ad some custom fields in comment form, bu to be visible only to admin after submit. we have installed acf pro. but we had problems at css classes, also.

Hello! Do you plan on addressing jQuery depreciation notices before Wordpress 5.7 drops? We’re seeing a lot of notices from jQuery Migrate originating from Ark scripts when script debug is enabled, like jQuery.fn.resize() event shorthand is deprecated and jQuery.fn.size() is deprecated and removed; use the .length property.

Website was working perfectly for a number of years. As of a few days ago we noticed the mobile menu is not responding and nothing is showing (desktop version is fine). Did the most recent theme update and has not resolved. Assistance required please.

ok! but when it’s planned to check this and solve? now the situation is than on sites with latest Ark autoresponder for forms is not working almost for month (15 Dec, as dated latest Ark version)). it is urgent issue in my case (I’m sure for others too) because I connect mailchimp, flamingo with ark forms using autoresponder section)!

Hi Freshface team, after the recent update I can’t access the Ark’s update page and get the following error: An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 26 of the file /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/themes/updates/class.ffAdminScreenUpdatesViewDefault.php.

Hey guys, you’ll need to update the Ark manually – this is the first time ever after 4 years, we’ve introduced a bug in the update system. We’ve addressed it in the later verrsion.

You will need to update the Ark theme manually then. Updating manually is pretty straightforward and wont loose you any data. Your changes are stored in database and you are not messing with database, so you are fine :-)

1.) De-activate Ark theme (WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes) 2.) De-activate plugins Fresh Framework and Ark Core (WP Admin -> Plugins) 3.) Delete Ark theme in your (WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes) 4.) Delete Fresh Framework and Ark Core plugins (WP Admin -> Plugins) 5.) Download new Ark package from ThemeForest (in your Downloads section) 6.) Upload new Ark package (via your WP Admin or FTP client) 7.) Activate Ark and install the required plugins (Fresh Framework and Ark Core) 8.) Tadaa and you are updated :-)
