I have purchased this theme twice. Still can’t use it because of speed. Tried both – Elementor and WpBakery. Same. Page loads more than 8-9 second. After this tried all. cache plugins, optimization plugins. Even deleted all plugins for test. Empty page loads 5-6 seconds.. Need help.

Licensing issue – I deregistered the license for the dev site and have only 2 production sites. Now when I add the license on the dev site I get no user found…Have sent email. My user name used to be bruno05 and now it is johnr007. I can log in and see the license. Please dix so I can use it on a dev site.

I tried to activate the theme and got this message: “You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.” Then I used license manager and deregistered one of the sites which is no longer exists. And I still have the same message. So could I use this code for activation again and if the answer is yes then when i can do this? And if not what i have to do to activate the theme?

Hi there, i bought the theme long time ago, but with updates of some plugins I also need to update the theme. Now I did just that, but now I have some problem where I can’t find the solution:

The topbar above header is hidden with display:none from inline CSS, the style-id=thegem-custom-inline-css. I want to edit this custom inline, but I cant find anywhere how to edit this. Custom CSS from the theme options is a different thing, WordPress customizer is empty, so it’s not coming from there.. Can you point me in the right direction to solve this? Many thanks in advance

I am not able to activate my The Gem Theme anymore. I have an active license and so far It allowed me to activate the theme for updates etc. Not anymore. I have not access to the support anymore, so what can I do with this? I do need to update my website and I cannot do it!!!

I have some issues with my portfolio. When i see my porfolio page it is A, B, C and D in one line. But when i click on portfolio item A, and when i am on that page of A and i see my navigation ‘previous post’ it is B. But what i want is that the navigation ‘next post’ is B. How can i fix this?

I have purchased 2 licenses for your theme and neither will allow me to import demo data. When I try to activate the demo import plugin for the first site I get: The plugin does not have a valid header. For the second site I am trying to create a new design for the same website, therefore I cloned the website on the same domain and I am told: You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.
