Is it possible to add a video to a product’s gallery like on this page? (Though that product only has images in its gallery).
It looks like it does, but only for YouTube and Vimeo. Also, it doesn’t show a thumbnail—only a play button. That’s unfortunate.

If you want to add a product video like a product image, you’ll need a 3rd party plugin. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.

You can translate it with the Loco Translate plugin. Please don’t forget to click on the “Sync” button before searching the string.
I know that, but when I go to Locco Translate, it shows that your theme already have this translation to portugeese and it is correct over there. However on the live page I can’t see it translated. Is it not the flatsome theme that I should be looking to translate?
I just did it… it is translated, just took a while to appear on the live site; It wasn’t translated indeed but I fix it with loco translate

Thanks for letting us know you’ve found the solution 
On Shop Page (or product archives as some call it) – is there anyway we can style the product list ? Like currently “add to wishlist” icon is on top right, while “add to cart icon” is on left bottom. Wanted to bring them next to one another. I also wanted the heart icon of Wishlist to keep showing – once product is added to the wishlist.. right now it appears only on mouse hover. How can we have more control over product cards. Many Thanks.

theme was purchased from that devloper account i dont have acess i only have licenced that is activated on my website what solution you recmend . i want your support just as i already have licenced and theme installed
Your former developer should have transferred your license to your account. That’s why I asked you to contact Envato. There is nothing to do if you can’t access to the account that Flatsome was purchased. You’ll need to create an access token from Envato and you can’t do that if Flatsome is not among the purchased items.

There is an annoying bug in the theme – on the checkout page the error “Please read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order” is displayed properly, when the checkbox is not checked, but there is no visual clue (no red highlight like the other fields) where exactly the error is in the form.
Please mark the checkbox ” I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *” in red after the form is submitted, but the checkbox is unchecked.
