Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme, If no then please update your Theme first by following this article:

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

This is clearly showing in the above-given Gtmatrix link, that the Speed of the site is slow because the Images have not been optimized and Compressed and because JS and CSS have not been minified, and because of the Server as well.

Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, which you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

i have activated the code in one website and then i have deleted the website from my host, now i want to create a new website and use the same license but it is not allowing me and it show that i have used it in another website, but how can i deactivate the licenses in deleted website ,i have contacted my host provider they asked me to talk to the theme creator and ask to generate a new code, plz help what should i do

How does one create a carousal for related products in elementor?

First of all, The Related Products are only show on the Single Product Page.

There are 2 states of Single Product Page.

1. Pre Built Layout of the Single Product Page.
2. Custom Built Product Layout of the Single Product Page.

1. Pre Built Layout: You can only turn ON/OFF the Related Products from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product.

2. Custom Built Product Layout: You have to set the Porto Related Products element on your site Custom Built Product Layout page and set it as per your requirements, It will work for you.

For some reason, your Custom Built Product Layout conflicts with one of my plugins, but it works fine by using Elementor pro and overriding the Pre Built Layout, but in elementor pro some Porto elements are just not working properly, but I found a workaround, thanks anyway great support!

I’m facing the same problems as many others with the Apple Pay issue. I’ve been in contact with Woocommerce and they have located the issue and this is a ‘Theme’ related issue. Somewhere in the code it gives a 1px width to the Apple Pay button. Take a look at this url to show you the issue. https://d.pr/i/Y2I78A I’m sure this isn’t a difficult fix for the Porto team, but it needs to be done before I purchase another licence.

You are using Header builder and you have set those sections in your header as per your reuqirements. you have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder and remove that copyright from there, publish it, and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I imported Shop Demo 35 and i am looking for a method to have the search button visible in the sticky menu. Enabling it does not work in the sticky menu option doesn’t do anything. Actually no setting from the sticky menu option to enable minicart in the sticky menu doesn’t work either. Why ?

This is because you are using the Header Builder and the Theme Options Sticky header setting only applies to the Pre Built Header Types.

1. Top Header Row. 
2. Middle Header Row. 
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in the Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
