Just purchased and installed your theme.
Two questions:
1. When I set HERO background video and I enter the youtube video address, nothing is playing? I don’t see that it’s working?
2. Can I have my portfolio video items open in a popup window on the same portfolio page and play the embedded youtube/vimeo video?

1. HERO video background only works now when i upload my own self hosted files.
2. This is extremely important, I see that from showcase I can change the setting to have the items open in a popup, but it’s just showing the featured image, I need to load a video in that popup, you sure have thought about this widely most commonly used option, I can’t seem to find a way to do it. Thank you.

I’ve installed the demo content #11 and I’ve noticed it’s a one pager. Is it possible to change it into a normal one without changing the content of the front page? Because whenever I change the menu list the content removes on its own.

11 is one of the demo which is based on the one-page mode, but this does not mean you can create multiple subpages. This mode just allows you to parse pages as a section on the front page.

Hi there, I have just updated the theme, but my video on the homepage shows all Youtube thumbnails of other videos that are not related. Where can I change this please? Thanks.
Hi,
that’s not related to the recent update, its a change directly made by youtube to change the overall user experience of their videos. So while we were able to hide this related video in the past, this feature has now been removed from youtube entirely – so that we do not have any control over this anymore. We can only recommend using a different video solution, or you make use of the stop at function inside the video settings to bypass the related videos.

we do not have any straight forward demo or customer example in this case, but at least it’s all about the requirements you have for your project. Which features do you need? Can you see these features on our live demos? Because we are presenting all available features in our live demos. And if something is not shown, you need to consider using a plugin to cover those needs.

Can you kindly indicate me if all the demos are made with WpBakery Pge Builder? My hosting is detecting that file as a corrupt one and searching on the web I noticed that this may be a false positive but the hosting is asking for a proof or argument. What can I tell them? Thanks!

The theme’s customized Wpbakery does not have the regular features of Responsive Settings of the column. Like number of columns available for mobile and number of columns available for desktop (offset) and width adjustments are not available there! It is almost impossible to make a beautiful site without these features. How would I enable these features?

there is a column layout setting for mobile and tablet. Inside the Responsive Settings you can define the width on the middle Column.

If this is not available in your installation check if any other plugin do overwrite this because the theme itself definitely has this option enabled.

Do you plan an update in the next days? Maybe with PHP 8 support and the actual WPBakeryPage Builder? Is WPBakery 5.8.7 your most actual one? There are versions 6.5 and above.

there will be an update but for the Page Builder keep in mind, that we have our own version numbers since the plugin is modified. about PHP8 – we don’t have an ETA yet. We recommend staying with 7 at the moment.

Thanks. So when do you plan to update your Page Builder/visual Composer? Some shortcodes are not working anymore. I can not say how long cause I wasn’t on the page since month, but with some shortcode the backend editor isn’t working an so it doesn’t work on frontend too.

as mentioned already, the page builder has its own version and is independent and adjusted to the theme requirements. All short codes work, if you experience issue feel free to contact us in our support forum, and we will take a look into it.
