When clicking on the small pictures of the slider, the main picture is changed to the wrong one. It’s as if the slider was always taking the image to the right as an input.
I know it might sound confusing, it’s just easier to try it for yourselves. Is there any way to fix this?

I have a question about the Lightbox PrettyPhoto.
Can I customize it in any way? Is there somewhere lightbox options?
Can I add somehow titles on it or change its default size?

Ok I understand that you do not have this feature.
But there is even a bug on this lightbox that is a bit unacceptable.
If you have a gallery with “LOAD MORE”, and then you try to open the magnifier in order to load prettyPhoto Lightbox, then the lightbox BUGS and it shows only this image, without anything like next/right/play/expand options etc.
You can replicate also in your demo by going to colorful gallery 3 with load more, load more images and then open the magnifier for prettyphoto.
Please I at least I need this matter solved or I will immediatelly ask for a refund.
Yes, those buttons dissappear, and the gallery array afterwards is limited to just the item you clicked. Like the custom.js is not included anymore for the items that loaded afterwards.

Just tried to view the demo of Red Art and it’s totally screwed up and not viewable at all, took about 20 seconds to load and then when I selected the About page all I get is a white page asking to select a colour and then weird text.

I tried to configure the social icons. I went to the Buddha Panel in Appearance > RedArt Child Options > Layout > Socialable. The buttons were unresponsive. There were a lot of jQuery errors in the browser console. I installed the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to rollback jQuery. When I did this the Socialable buttons worked, but when I saved my changes all of my configured settings were erased. I switched back to the default jQuery version and uninstalled the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. Now when I try to make any changes in the Buddha panel, I get an error page. Is the RedArt theme compatible with the latest version of WordPress? Can you help me?

really i bought this theme thinking it’s an good idea, but it don’t works…. its hard to customize, and made the web really slow… web logo loader takes 30 seconds… before go to the main page. Its not possible work with one theme like this sorry…
i uninstall several times to see if its an install problem, but it continue without work…
could be nice if you fix the problems, but i don’t think it works if we begin like this. Please give my money back…

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

Hello there, I have a huge problem with your theme. I installed it for my client 1 year ago. Everything was working properly. After 1 year he asked me to add more products and I noticed that website is totally broken:
- no way to add picture of the product - no chance to update/set the price of the product - can’t click on “help” (WP Help) and contact them - can’t do anything due to its being laggy
I did try to deactivate plugins, I did update my PHP, I did all the basic commands possible, and still nothing.
