Hi Guys, I am working on this site – looks great but I am wondering where I go to edit the text in the footer. I went to Pool Options> Footer Settings and there was no option to edit the right and left text. Can you point me in the right direction? Cheers jim

Hello, you Can check our theme banner and also product compatibility. Theme comaptible with WP Bakary (old visual composer) and you can drag and drop element. But new importer has Eelementor version. Hope you understand.

If you are not expert in customization, it will be good to hire any free lancer to do the customization for you .
This is a long process not able to describe in message. You can search in Google how to overwrite header.php from child theme Thank you
You see the main idea of buying a theme is to edit the text which is there in the theme like change the logo, header text without customization… just simple text and image replacement… so you must mention this in your description… going forward if I buy Elementor Pro then can I change the header without any editing code….
I think you are new in WordPress, you can change header text from theme admin and logo from WordPress customizer.please check our documentation. And asked any help from support system..also view some WordPress video from you tube if you are need in WordPress Thank you

Hi,
This type of error some time occurs for licensing issue. Try deactivate and reactivating the licence that you have than again try installing. This should solve your issue.
Also if you have this licence you got on another website than you should remove it because our licence is an one time only use licence code so you can’t use them on multiple sites.
Let us know if you face anymore problem.
You guys never got back to me on the license problem with Pool Helper not working. Remember, I have only ONE license. Deactivating it and reactivating it didn’t work. I won’t let me activate it.

Hello. I attempted to update the “Pool Services” theme and the “Pool Services Helper” plugin from v.2.3 to v.2.4, and the styling of the site completely vanished. I had this same issue with the previous theme upgrade, for which your support department had me manually replace a file with one they provided (I don’t recall which one). I went to your support page yet since the 6-mo support had ended it would not allow me to contact them? I would appreciate if you would provide support for your upgrades/updates since this is not a development question, it’s a usability one that should not require one to pay for renewed support. Thanks in advance!

Thank you, but I have done all that. My problem is that in the “Edit Service Item” screen there is NO text in there to edit. It is completely blank. It’s this way for all service pages in both Visual and Text editor.
