A client of mine purchased this theme and want me to use the demo content and modify it to their liking. When I import the demo, it is stuck at 65% and never budges past that. I followed the Pelicula Dashboard recommendations on file limits.

Hi, I bought this theme a few days ago in the hopes of using it as a template for my website. I’ve contacted my hosting server to update the system item and began importing all demo content including attachments. It’s been stuck at 56% for over an hour. Should I end the process and start again? Is there a reason it’s stalling?
Do you guys have a helpline to help new users? Or a chat box?
How do I deregister this theme for a certain website so I can use it for another. I made a mistake with my old website so i had to delete and start over. Now I can’t use the purchase code. Instructions tell me I need to deregister but won’t tell me how.
I can’t deregister the code in the website dashboard because that website has been deleted, I’m also using the same domain name for the new website. Why does it tell me “Code is already registered for other domain” when that website has been deleted and I’m using the same domain name?

The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
But please note that the native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. However do understand that WPBakery does not come included within the theme and you will need to build your own content with it.

No, you can import only the Elementor demo. If you want to use WPBakery, you will have to recreate it from scratch. All the elements are available, as they are with Elementor, but there is no demo import.

Rading your UserGuide maybe I’ve got the answer. Even though I decided to start with a one of yours predesigned templates (DEMOS), I’ll be free to manage and change the all settings. Am I right?
In your FULLSCREEN SHOWCASE DEMO at the voice portfolio you suggest some alternative pages.
My doubt was about MODIFY this. Choosing the FULLSCREEN SHOWCASE HOMEPAGE with a dropdown menu, and then to use as a PORTFOLIO PAGE the HOMEPAGE of the INTERACTIVE TITLE SHOWCASE DEMO.
As I said before, I think I’ve already got the answer. The DEMOS are ultimately an array of EXAMPLES from where you can take tips in order to create your site….
