I am talking about the Dental Office demo, the icons are in the home page in the middle almost there are 4 sections titled Fast & Professional Support the icons next to this title is the ones i am wondering about if you supply more of them or only these 4.

These icons are added as images provided by the theme designers. Hi, I deleted an installation on which I had activated the Bridge theme and I want to reinstall the theme on the new site. Unfortunately I didn’t know that I had to unregister before reinstalling the theme. I’m now stuck. I can’t activate the theme again. Can you help me ?

Hi, on our site lightbox just doesnt load images suddenly , any idea. We use advanced image gallery option. Php is latest. It just circle when you try to go from one photo to another.

How can I deactivate the Bridge theme from another site? I have deleted the files from that other site, but it’s still telling me that it’s active elsewhere when I try to connect it to the new site. I don’t want to upload the theme to the old site and activate it just to deregister it – is that the only way? Thanks for your help.

I can’t access the new updates to both my licenses because your verification system says they are already active when in actual fact they are not.
For my first licence I removed the WP installation because there was an error with the import without unlinking. However i don’t understand how the system did not authenticate it the second time because it was the same website, just a different WP installation. Now it says its linked to the website but I can’t access the new updates.
For my second license the website in question is not even active but the system said its linked with it.
I tried reaching out to your support email address but I just get an automated message that says I must go to your new support website which requires a working support license.
I don’t see why I should pay the equivalent of a new Bridge theme to get you guys to resolve the authentication issues caused by you.
What I need is for you guys to resolve the authentication blocks on both my licenses.

Where is the background tab on row settings in visual composer? It has disappeared after an update of theme.

No its simply gone. There was a tab specifically for background. It gave you options for hiding on certain devices, etc.. The general settings is very limited and you have to use column for hiding on certain devices. The background tab was much better.

Is there a way to NOT have the hamburger collapsed menu in mobile screens? How can I display the full menu by default (non collapsed).

There is no option to set this within our theme options however it could be achieved with some custom CSS, though as the regular menu do have a specific appearance containing many menu items, it is a question if it will be displayed well on mobile devices.

Thanks for taking an interest! Our theme comes with both WPBakery and Elementor included and you can choose from the different demos that are created with either one of the plugins. Do note that we do have certain demos are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site,
You could have both plugins activated, however we do not recommend that as well as your pages that were made with WPBakery will be visible on the frontend but you will not be able to edit them with Elementor. You can check our article about the differences here.

Theme is officially compatible with plugins listed on Theme Forest items page, but it is also compatible with many more plugins but we just didn’t tested them since WordPress platform offers variety of plugins which user can install and use at any time. Plugin which you are using may be compatible with the theme but as we already explained it is not tested and we can’t guarantee compatibility.

Almost every time we update this theme it breaks something. For example, latest update we lost row image backgrounds, row color backgrounds and other misc things. This is why i gave this theme a one star. Please try harder to ensure your updates are correct. It costs business owners time and money.

Ive been using wordpress since is was first launched. I know how to update thanks. This is another reason for one star, you never admit that your theme has issues. I have a huge list of support issues to prove what i am saying as well.

Thanks, I was able to find the problem myself by changing the API key parameters. Maybe you could add a footnote in the documentation of the theme since I was not the only one to encounter this problem.
