• it is possible to replace the form in the right sidebar (Financing Calculator) with a simple information request form => The section where Financing Calculator is displaying is a widget area. You can add/remove add any widget here, even a simple information request form.
• deactivate the other forms that appear in line above the photos => You can disable all of them from Theme Options.
• I would also like to know if the downloadable PDFs from the car page are dynamically generated or if they must be created first => You can generate PDFs dynamically from the admin panel.

Sorry to say, current theme version doesn’t have an option to add state and city in the search bar. Instead, you can use “Vehicle Search” shortcode which provides option to search with location.

Another question, is it possible to create personalized links from the vehicle search engine?

For example: creating a link showing the resulting vehicles with a certain filter applied. I want to create some icons (SUV, Compact, familiar car…) and that when the user clicks on those icons, it will take him to the search engine with the vehicles that have this characteristic.

Based on your comment, it seems once you do the filter on inventory page Or using filter shortcode and goes on search results page, you want to copy the filter URL and apply it on icons. If this is the case, you can copy the filter url from inventory page and apply it on icons. For the icons, you can use “Quick Links” shortcode.

You can manage this setting from theme option form below path :- Theme options ->Vehicle settings -> Vehicle Detail Page Settings

Also you need to add google MAP API key into theme option on mentioned path :- Theme options ->Vehicle settings -> API Keys.
